This restaurant is epitome of worst restaurant service. There is an owner/manager called Mr. Manoj Sharma. This guy is super rude and does not know how to talk properly to customers. We ordered Zafrani chicken and found that it was not hot. We politely told the server, he took the food away. Fair enough so far. In comes Mr. Manoj Sharma who has the audacity to say that there is only one cook and it takes time to cook food hence all food cant be hot. We still tried to ignore him and proceeded to pay the check. We were a group of 6 friends and we decided to split up the bill, and put in 6 credit cards. In comes Mr. Manoj Sharma again and rudely tells us that we cant pay with 6 credit cards and can use maximum of 3 cards. Still we put in 3 cards deciding not to spoil the evening. After all this he comes over and tells us we have different law in this restaurant, thats why he did not accept 6 credit cards as mode of payment. That really summed it up for us. Entire USA has its own law and the premises of the restaurant are governed by a different set of laws made by owner/manager Mr. Manoj Kumar. PS: Just realized he has already been mentioned a few time in other reviews for this restaurant.

Horrible, rude people, rushed service. Id rate it NEGATIVE if it were an option. 1) We reserved a table for 9 pm, but when we got there, we were told to "order fast" or leave, as the kitchen was "already closed", even though the official restaurant closing time was 10 pm. 2) We ordered medium spice but the food was way too spicy for 5 Indian adults to handle, let alone our 2 kids. They did nothing about that except for saying "this is our medium; not our fault if its too spicy for you", and since the kitchen was "already closed" we couldnt order anything else. 3) They told me that my son cant use normal silverware because "its dangerous for kids", but didnt have any "kids-friendly" silverware to offer, so I had to feed my 7-year old son. And the list goes on ... not possible to mention it all here. Im surprised these guys are still in business with the type of attitude they have.

A very bad experience with this afgani. He says he is indian but i dont think so. I work in kitchen for 2 days and I got all the reality of this ashole. Dont know who is the owner. They fight. Now owner and wanna be the chef they dont talk. Folks here is the true story of indian ocean. The buffet they create every day and say fresh every day. But its not they reheat the food of 3 days old plus the leftovers also from the night. If you are employee you can one nana and some sabji. The guy who does the tandoori I believe he has skin problems in his legs. That is so unacceptable. Some one was working in kitchen for 2days didnt got paid. If you get sick plz do go to the nearest hospital or call your doc.

Best Indian food Ive ever had. Some of the best food Ive ever had, period. Sometimes we go sit in with friends and sometimes we carry out for home. Best naan Ive ever had. The tomato bisque is to-die-for. The samosas are crispy and light and topped with excellent sauces. The owner is friendly and fun. Try the lemonade too if you want something sweet, or the rice pudding. Ive been much more adventurous eating here than I have at other Indian restaurants since everything is just so good!

I ordered chicken biryani, Nan basket and few more items. I am really shocked after I got my order. Chicken biryani is kind of sampler plate with basmati rice and very tiny chicken pieces (It is mixed with chicken curry) I was told that they will make CB wet always like this. It costs you $15 for less quantity, it doesnt enough even for 6 years kid. Customer service is very horrible, I am not going there to this place in future.

Indian Ocean is one of our favorite Indian restaurant. Everything is superb. The food is phenomenal and the service is on point. Mr. Raj Kapoor is spot-on with their menu recommendations. Our most recent trip yielded butter chicken, Afgani style chicken. and lamb Keema that were succulent and satiating. We absolutely love Indian Ocean and eagerly return again and again.

Rude management. Agree with most of the reviews. Went with the family and ordered just one dish because everyone except two already ate at nearby ihop. Owner was not happy because we just ordered one dish. He didnt even gave us proper dining plates. When asked for plates he was furious. The waiter was fine. Stay away.

I have traveled the world looking for the best Chicken Tikka Masala and this is still definitely the best. The owner welcomes you into the restaurant like you coming into his own home. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, the food is exquisite. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves Indian Food!

Horrible food quality. The servers were nice but not the manager. I agree with earlier comments about the manger where He is ready to kiss if you have light skin. Btw, did I tell you there is a $5 extra charge if you share food; which I havent even seen @ Rasika which is highly rated and expected.

My husband and I LOVE to take our daughter here for their lunch buffet. Delicious quality food, friendly, attentive service. The staff is always warm and welcoming. We always enjoy our meal and overall experience. I especially look forward to the butter chicken, naan, and mango Lassi.

We like the lunch buffet. Its not huge, but it has enough choice. It was all good, but nothing blew our socks off. We have never been for dinner as neither my wife or I found that meal here that we wanted to focus on for a dinner. However, the lunch buffet has never disappointed.

Indian Ocean has very quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat. The staff and decor are very inviting and the food is simply wonderful. You can tailor the spice level so you can enjoy most of the dishes as long as you can tolerate a little heat.

Authentic, delicious food. Pleasant, warm atmosphere. Fantastic owner who ensures your experience is superb. Oh and were Punjabi Cha snobs =) The owner had the kitchen specially make Indian Tea with boiled milk for us! And it was amazing!! =) Well be back for sure.

We had a very bad experience with the management. The food was good and the service was good but the owner reminds me of someone who does not like Indian Community. His attitude towards customers from India is pathetic. I will not go to this place again.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have visited. The owner has a great attitude and really wants to serve the best quality food. Good atmosphere, nice people and excellent food. I highly recommend it.

Normally I eat half my plate and take the rest to go. This time I had to stop myself from eating it all because it was so delicious!!! Mmmm paneer bhanghan, rice, and 0.5 garlic naan - good choice.

We are regulars. We dont even order any more, just go and ask the owner Raj or the chef to make us something. Trust me it is worth the trip even though it is in a small strip mall.
