We ordered from Delhi6 with delivery via GrubHub, which was perhaps a mistake. The food rated good to excellent in quality but the portions were very uneven. Butter Chicken was a good-sized portion and probably the best BC weve tasted. Lamb shank was a very large portion (too large?) and was decent but nothing special. Samosa chaat was uneven - decent portion, samosa itself was very good but the toppings were mediocre. What brings it down to a 3-star is that we received one small portion of rice (apparently accompanying the chicken...I guess the lamb didnt come with anything?) and our order of garlic naan consisted of literally one piece of naan. Overall we paid over $50 including tip and delivery charge for an uneven meal. Im hoping to try the place again and give them a chance to be at their best, as clearly the potential is there.

We were here today for Diwali Party. The ambience & hospitality was very good. The manger/ organizer greeted us. But we were disappointed by the food. They could have done much better by portraying their variety & authentic Indian / Punjabi Food. Being in the restaurant business, food comes first and customers like to see their authentic & taste like Indian Food. This was the worst food service & the menu had only few items : Samosa Chat & Noodles/Manchurian, Panner Kadhi, Vegetable Curry, Chicken Curry, Dal Makhani, Moong Dal Halwa, Rice & Naan. :( This was very limited and definitely not worth $25. Personally I would not visit again.

Awesome food, Did a party here and service was superb. Food has always been great either buffet or takeout. The food at the party was excellent and tasted great and fresh. Will recommend to everyone. I do not get how this place has gotten any bad reviews as I havent had a bad experience once and have been going here for awhile. I did get one mediocre buffet experience but every place can have an off day once on a while. Highly recommended. Great job guys.

We had a 3 day Alumni event and all the food was catered by Delhi-6. It was an awesome experience and the food was excellent. The presentation was above our expectation, delivery was always on time & Servers were very courteous to the Guests. Overall I could not have asked for more. Special thanks to Brij for orchestrating the multiple events with such professionalism and took care of all the special details that we asked for.

The best in Ashburn, IMHO. They have the best Tandoori Chicken ever. Their Butter Chicken is fantastic, too. Very nice owners. They typically have fun, campy music videos on. The buffet is reasonable and about twice the size Id expect. My Indian friends tell me they dont make their food hot enough, but its plenty hot for me and you can always ask them to crank up the heat if you like. Try it out!

My husband and I ordered take out. We ordered a bread basket and raita but we received 2 pieces of very greasy fried bread that was not naan. The Palak Paneer was average and my husband liked his lamb dish. We also ordered rice pudding for dessert and it was so mushy that we couldnt eat it. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I was very disappointed.

This restaurant is horrible. We ordered aloo papri chat and they served chat that had gone bad. It was smelling awful n tasted worse than awful. The naans were not fully cooked and huge. Manchurian was soggy and does not taste like manchurian and this was supposed to b the appetizer. I dont know how this place got a higher rating. Sheer waste of money and calories.

Theyre getting 1 star for the food but they dont really have many dishes for the buffet. Also, 30 minutes in, not even half way done of plate number 2 one of the guys is trying to kick my family and I out. Like he asked twice in a ten minute span. They didnt even close for another hour and there are about 10+ tables open. Worst service ever

My favorite place of Indian food! Delicious food and great service! Love their lamb biriyani, lamb chop Masala and lamb madras. I love spicy food and asked for the dishes to be made very spicy. It was really delicious and I have been going to this restaurant with my friends for more than 2 years almost every Friday!!

Nice ambience. Great vegetarian options for us. The service was impeccable. Prices were really good too. We had tea, shared an appetizer, two entrees and bread for well under $40. For quality Indian cuisine around here, thats amazing. Well be back again soon!

I m really surprised how people like the food here. I think all these are fake reviews. We had food here and the next the our stomach was upset and was not able to digest food. It looked that they dont prepare fresh its like make and serve for 1 month.

Butter Chicken was amazing. My favorite. Along with the mango lassi, makes for a great combination. The chicken 65 is also another favorite. The staff at this restaurant are always respectful and courteous. My go to place for indian food.

Excellent Lunch Buffet. Also the variety is simply astounding. The Lamb/Goat biriyani is simply "Lajawab" (Excellent). Service is also noteworthy. People are very courteous and the hospitality makes you feel at home.
