The initial services was good from the lady who took our order. The managers child was running around, kicking seats, and we had to move to get away from him. Then after eating our food, I approached the service counter to get my childrens ice cream. I stood for five minutes while the workers paced back and forth, laughing amongst one another and ignoring myself. When they were finally told to assist me, the man asked for a receipt and I explained I already had paid and literally just ate. The heavier lady with bright red hair wanted nothing to do with work, because once explained what was needed, she had attitude. The blizzard I received had literally two pieces of candy in it. We decided to take the blizzard back through the drive thru and was told we couldnt add anything as it was just candy pieces (two pieces apparently is all they can give), while telling us the manager had left and the other man running his mouth in the back. I told them that I wanted to know when the manager was back so I may call her to let her know. They "didnt know". Worst experience ever at a diary queen. Lazy people.

On my way to Roanoke Virginia, stopped at diary queen. I couldnt decide what I wanted so I asked the person who took my order what she would suggested, she said the flamethtower. She described it to me, it sounded good so I ordered it along with a chocolate milkshake. I sat down waited for my sandwich, when I go it I took one bite bread fell apart from sandwich. I was very disapointed and I let her know that they might want to try another type of bread for this sandwich. I was told I was the 1st person to say something about the sandwich. She also told me it could be something wrong with the bread....Really????? She offered me another sandwich that was on a different kind of bread.....If I wanted a different sandwich I would have ordered it from the begining. If you stop through dont order the flamethrower.

As far as the restaurant this is a dairy queen. The food was case food quality and typical hamburgers and basic salads and such. The restaurant itself was pretty clean, but the bathrooms were horrible. I would give it less stars, but there was one employee that was there when they were closing and he had to be one of the nicest people that I met. He bent over backwards to accommodate us and our larger party and that is what made this place 4 stars.

Never expected a fast food restaurant to put a smile so big on my face! The employees here literally made our day by not only providing Charlie, our newly adopted dog, with a free pup cup but they also spotted DJs marine tshirt and suggested the military discount they offer. I tell you what, dogs & solute the troops -- two things you can never go wrong with!

There are rude employees here. There was only one employee that was sweet. I forgot his name but he wears glasses. I had to give my blizzard back because it was melted when he gave it to me -_-" Then he got an attitude when I asked for a new one >_>

Could not wait to eat @ DQ while traveling, and this was one of the cleanest fast food places I have ever been in. The staff were very pleasant. Food was quick. The patio and bathroom were very clean. Oh! And the food was great too!!
