We love this place whoever says this is not a five they are expecting Ruth Cris for $35. The price and the delivery matches perfectly. If you want more go where you get more. Do not compare what you were getting from Ruby Tuesday to the new chain restaurants. It is never good to complain when you know what you went to ten years ago is even better but you are still getting the level of what you always got compared to high end. The funny thing is half of you believe the new chain stores are not high end contrary to the belief of others. Learn what is upper class and then judge people.

the only reason I give it one star is bc the fries are good, BUT not endless, they took an hour to bring more fires, their customer service is poor, WAY too poor, we ordered a cheese burger BUT ended up eating dry burger with no mayo or anything, and NO CHEESE, first time and will defiantly be the last. NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSON for their waitress, at least a fake smile.

Ridiculous. Tons of empty tables and the hostess said they had a 20 minute wait, after we stood by the door for 10 minutes waiting on her to even acknowledge us (the only people waiting) because she was too busy organizing menus and such. This is on a Saturday at 6:30, when they should expect people. Hostess should be fired. We went next door to the Chinese buffet.

Salad bar was poor. Wife and son food came out and I waited while they ate for about 5 minutes until mine came out without the side. He said the side would be out soon. Finally came out when l I was halfway done and family was done. At this time we were ready for boxes. Wasnt even that busy. Wont be back to this location.

Not a fan of the new menu. Visited for lunch and many tables had been bused but were dirty and covered with crumbs. Hostess skipped many of these and seated us at a table with less crumbs. Menu has new signature salads but few sandwich options other than hamburgers to pair with the salad bar.

My latest visit left me with a bad taste in my mouth. While my steak was cooked to order, the quality of meat was very poor. Even the desert tasted like it had been sitting in the back of a refrigerator for a bit too long. I will not be eating at this location again.

Not bad at all. Really quick service. And our server, Shannon, was the BEST! Very kind and very sweet. Overall, this place is a decent place to dine. Especially when its not so busy. Plus, theyre always giving out coupons to help make their meals more affordable.

This place has people who really care for the job they are doing. The waitress we had she was wonderful. They are always willing to correct errors and the manager is on point. If you have an issue it is immediately taken care of.

Food was not done. Management seemed to have an attitude bacause the burger was not medium well and had to be recooked... I will not frequent this location again for a burger.....Burger was recooked... And is still raw!!

Its the only restaurant my husband will eat ribs, he loves them! They have a great salad bar and their triple prime burgers are fantastic. The bartender is a super guy!!!
