AWFUL service and awful food, took over 2 hours to have lunch, almost and hour to even get our food...people that came in after us, getting their food 30 minutes before ours.......we ONLY had 5 people.......20 minutes after we arrived, they seated 6 people at a table meant for 4 and 3 of us at our table was trapped in and could not get up to go to restroom or even the salad bar.....so we had to order other food (dinner items) that did not make us get up. Waitress, refilled everones drink first round but mine, and then never came back to refill after that for two of us again...she never served our food, other people served us and she disappeared often. asked for specific items when ordered and did not get them served with meals, had to keep asking. worst experience ever for just a lunch. crab cakes were awful, burgers were dry and NO taste and the prices were ridiculous for lunch, $54+ just for 2 people?????? really, come on ruby Tuesday.........guaranteed that all 5 of us will NOT BE RETURNING to this site EVER!!!

OK so I have been hearing that RTs is kinda hitting the skids so they did the revamp on some things. We had not been in about 3 months so we went last night. I had soup and salad and was mightily impressed by the salad bar. It was the freshest I have had from a salad bar in ages. And the server told us they are making many dressings in house now and I can taste a huge difference. I tried the honey mustard and cilantro lime. There are interesting toppings on the bar now...fruit, nut, seed toppings, feta, grape tomatoes, hummus, along with some pasta salads. They also kept those croutons...those were always the yum. I also had the new roasted tomato soup and if that wasnt fresh I would be surprised. My husband had the chicken mac and cheese. Very rich and hearty. They have added flat breads and ciabatta, which I asked for a side order for my soup. I hope it is this good on busier nights. We will be trying it again.

The worst place I have ever ate the glorious garden bar was a quarter the size of farm fresh and frozen wtf then came two Pillsbury turds aka wanna be biscuits wtf then our plate awful for the money sorry ruby Tuesdays but uggg bad 16.99 for the steak and shrimp (hungry cant wait) then 3 shrimp and a smart phone sized (not even a good smart phone just a lil 44.99 sized one) appears at our table with not even a side cause i was supposed to be impressed by the turd and the frozen lettuce (oh no) anyway long story short save your money and go to Damons or Olivias

We did a TueGo order. Since we had to wait a little while, they threw in some biscuits for free; which were pretty tasty. Bacon cheeseburger was fresh and juicy, we got it done medium. ADA Notes: Handicap parking in front. Didnt use front entrance or dining area since we did a TueGo order. Bathroom had an accessible stall with room for a wheelchair. Grab bars. Toilet paper dispenser a little lower than usual. Soap on the side so it was easy to reach

Ordered a petite steak medium rare. It was well done. Although, there was blood running on my plate. The Caeser salad didnt have olives. The waitress was sweet. When I first arrived the hostess wanted to site right up behind a table of a family. Had the restaurant been full it would have been fine, but it over half empty. I asked to be set elsewhere. I was by myself. Was craving a good steak and got nothing close.

Server and hostess were both very nice. Quick with service and got our orders correctly. I only gave 3 stars because when I went to salad bar I had to go through 4 plates before I found a clean one. Besides that salad bar was packed with goodies.. everything was fresh and there was a lot of stuff to choose from.. and I totally recommend it. Ask for the cheese biscuits, they are amazing

Ive always leaned more towards Applebees, but recently havent been happy with them. Went to Ruby Tuesdays and our server (Steven) was absolutely wonderful! Very very nice & not pushy in any way. With every restaurant, every one has good and bad days--in reference to other reviews, so you just have to be happy.

I dont eat grilled food and thats what they cook. I went recently with a group of Bible study people and the service was pour the mixture orders up I got my French fries at the end of the order of 20 people they dont have food that anybody and everybody can eat.

My girlfriend and I made a visit here last night. It was clean, friendly and fun. Ths service was great and the food was good! I have celiac disease "Gluten allergin" there gluten free menu had a good selection and it did not affect me. 5 out of 5

One of the worst Ruby Tuesdays Ive been to for service. Seemed understaffed -- took a long time to get service then an even longer time to get our food. No complaints about the food quality, and they did give us a discount for the wait.

Live the salad bar with recent additions to salad bar fixings. Enters are always good. Some tests they seem understaffed and people wait when there are open tables. Not very often however. Very nice resturant

The food is nice, We have not ever had a bad experience that wasnt resolved immediately. So nice to see managers out there wiping down tables and out on the frontline. Love it, we visit every weekend :)

Frustrating service when the place is empty in it takes them 5 minutes to figure out where to see you. Salad bar is outstanding in food is alright. Definitely need a better seating process

The new salad bar is great. Burgers a delicious. My wife loves the pasta dishes. And the steaks and ribs are top notch. Id never guess that the restaurant is a chain.
