I ordered on the new app to be able to pick it up when I got there. When I got there they hadnt even started it yet. The guy didnt even seem sorry about it. So I looked around at the cups and saw there were two gold ones in a clearance bin. I went up to the register to pay and they switched registeres on me. The guy kept saying over here maam over here maam! Like I was getting on his nerves. It was literally an arms length away for him to pick up the cup and move it. But he felt the need to be rude to me along with who I guess was the manager. He scanned the cup and it came up full price. And says this is not on sale in a smart voice. So then I asked then why are there two in the clearance bin? The manager annoyingly gave me 30% off instead of the 50 it stated. Like I was lying!?! So when I get up to the area to pick up my coffee the girl making my coffee and her friend setting there were obnoxiously laughing and she was taking her time making my coffee that should have already been done. Then when she handed me my coffee they both started laughing really loud. Even my 9 year old son said I think their laughing at us. Needless to say I will never return to this location! It is so much friendlier at Haymarket and Harris Teeter. In my opinion my coffee should have been free for their mistake! I guess I expect to much in thinking I would get good customer service.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. I stood up in a queue for 15 min to order a white chocolate mocha with low sugar and they didnt bother to do it. I had to again go back in queue to tell them how terrible is it and paid for an extra shot of espresso in it. I had to again wait for 10 more min only to find that they didnt really put a full shot or the shots they are pulling out are somewhat smaller since I could not taste it at all. I was in no mood to ruin my Sunday morning and theirs too so just left the place. Wont return to this location ever!

So slow, didnt have bags for over 3 months so I had to juggle all the food in my hands. Today I went in and they cant even take orders unless you have the Starbucks app, not even using cash. What is it coming to that cashiers cant add on their own without a register? The target next door has a Starbucks and theyll get my business from now on...

I lived in the area when this location first opened and I had some terrible experiences. I just returned after a year and its really improved. This experience Id give a 5 star, past were never above 1 or 2. I hope this isnt a fluke and they have hired a better staff or changed management because things seem to be running much better.

They just remodeled and removed almost all the tables with power outlets. Now only 1 table has an outlet and 1 seat at the window bar. Every thing else is just chairs. So if you are looking for a place to study this is not it anymore.

Asked for a French Roast pourover, told none was ground, refused to honot my request. This has hppened @ other Starbucks, but was assured that they are there to satisfy customers! Do not go to this one! Please!
