We called in an order for a $9 Deluxe pizza and asked for it with no cheese. We also ordered a $6 sausage and sausage and pepperoni pizza and an order of hot wings. When we got there we found out that we were being charged separately for every single topping on the Deluxe pizza because it didnt have cheese on it. So instead of just charging us the $9 and taking off the cheese we got charged $18.xx. And the manager who was there (an older white lady with gray hair and glasses) told me that that was their policy if we dont order cheese (which makes no sense because theyre actually saving money by us not ordering the cheese) and that if I didnt like it that was just too bad. I could either not have the pizza or get it. My husband is lactose intolerant so I went ahead and got it because I was already there, but I was not happy. When I asked for the phone number for the owner she said that it should be on the box and if it wasnt that maybe I could find it somewhere but that she wasnt going to give it to me. While Im standing there talking to her about this the cashier that was there sold the chicken wings that I had already paid for to someone else who came up behind me. So they ended up having to refund me the money for the chicken wings that they sold that were mine in the first place. Ive called Little Caesars several times about this and the owner hasnt bothered to call me back so I will never be going to this spot again.

**BEWARE OF RAW FROZEN CRAZY BREAD** I got there before their "rush" and ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads. Pizzas were ready they told me it would be 3-4 minutes until the bread was ready. Okay fine, not a big deal. After waiting for 15 minutes I got the bread and pizzas and headed to my car with my kiddos. My daughters were quick to each grab one and immediately they told me it was cold and frozen in the center. I walked back in and explained the situation. They said well it will be 9-11 minutes, I said fine but then the gentleman cutting the pizzas said 3-4 minutes. So I waited.....17 minutes later I got the new crazy bread. I then asked the cashier for the name of the manager so I new who to ask for when I called. He left to the back then came back up to only tell me that he couldnt give me that information. I laughed in irritation, then asked for the manager to come up. She did, along with her BIG attitude. Needless to say she was the "assistant manage" and would not give me the name of her manager. Its all about the matter of principal at this point. She told me to call 1-800-7-Caesars for any concerns. RIDICULOUS!!!! Keep it classy ALEX

They are trying to kill us!! Beware of R a w Crazy Bread!!! The young lady at the counter asked if I wanted my receipt and I said no...Stupid mistake on my part. The manager, Ericka, was not helpful at all!!! Ericka said she could not refund my purchase without a receipt. She also said I had to bring the raw crazy bread back in because she needed proof I wasnt lying. I told her I was NOT going to go back out today, and I wanted free Crazy Bread the next time I ordered. She said she couldnt do that and I had to come back today. My Goodness, what a waste of time trying to talk to her.

First off nobody takes pride in their work anymore. I was greeted with zero hospitality and everyone seemed like their dog just died. It was nothing but a bunch of teenagers waiting to get off work and collect a paycheck they didnt earn. The pizza was undercooked and still doughy and they did nothing to fix my order. I will never be coming back again
