What a little gem! Just what flint hill needed. Cozy seating, fresh selection of homemade foods and great organic drink options. I came in for breakfast and had the sando which consisted of a handmade biscuit, local egg, gouda and spinach. Yum!! The food was so great I stopped back in for lunch and had the waldorf chicken salad with a cute salad with the best lemon vinaigrette ive ever tasted. Taylor and his wife Caitiln are also what made me feel so warm and welcome. If your in the area or just passing through, stop by and have a fresh and flavorful breakfast or lunch. I will most definitely be a repeat customer !

We spotted Skyward Cafe on our drive back to DC, and stopped in to try it. We werent disappointed-- great food, amazing smoothies, and really friendly staff in a nice little setting. Highly recommended!
