Beware that some food is NOT fresh. Last night, I attempted to order fried rice with no soy sauce due to allergies, & I was told the rice was "pre-seasoned" with soy sauce. Glean what you will from it, but my interpretation of "pre-seasoned" with liquid soy sauce is that it was already cooked, so the food isnt cooked on demand, & staff expressed no interest in making it fresh to accommodate a customers request. Ive eaten there once & it was good enough to try again, but after last nights experience, I wont return. Too many restaurants exist in the area that will be more than happy to honor the request, & Ill be delighted to give them my business.

The food is just delicious and worth every penny. Excellent service and very professional. Im highly allergic to shellfish and by accident not knowing, I ordered Singapore Noodles not knowing it had shrimp. I called back and talked to the same person I ordered with and explained the error I had made with my order. Without any hesitation he offered to have another order delivered to me. He even told me to keep the original order and give it to one of my co-workers. I have put the menu in our main break area so others can order from Panda Café because of the quality of food and outstanding service.

Dont get me wrong, the food is above standard Chinese food but definitely not the best. The workers actually know how to speak proper English too. The restaurant is pretty clean for a Chinese restaurant. Why am I giving 3 stars? At the time I went there, I ordered dine-in and ended up waiting 40 minutes to get my food. That was pretty ridiculous. I even saw people who ordered after me receive their food before me. To make matters worse a fly flew on my food while dining in. Sheesh, I had a bad experience here but I had to give them some credit for their food quality.

Listed as fast food in Google, but took a little longer than the typical small Asian restaurant. Seems geared around carry out or delivery but have a few tables. Food was great and staff extremely friendly. Portions were large and the little extra time seems to be from making food fresh - not the typical 5 minute food prep were its likely all sitting in the back precooked and you wonder how did they do that so fast - probably tossing precooked food and a few sauces together, but not this place. Is tiny, but great tasting!

This is our second time ordering food from Panda Cafe. My kids are enjoying the dishes they delivered as I am writing this review. My wife wants me to write the review before I get to eat my portion. We believe that credit should be given when we receive the best and timely customer service and quality food, preparation, and packaging. The food is hot. The dishes are well packaged. The delivery person was very professional. He actually smiled while saying thank you. I would recommend everyone to try their meals.

First time trying their food and well definitely be eating here again. We ordered delivery on a Saturday at 12:30 pm and it arrived, fresh and hot, within 30-40 minutes. Thats rare for this area. The lunch specials are well priced and offer a wide variety of dishes. And FINALLY I have found a chicken terriyaki appetizer (chicken on a stick) just like I loved in my hometown of southern Maryland. Cant believe we didnt find this place sooner!

Not only is the food exceptional (and made fresh in the kitchen) but the service is above and beyond. I went there recently (12/7) to pick up and order only to realize I was short on money. The guy behind the register said it was ok and that hed cover the extra couple of dollars I was missing. Theyve definitely earned a repeat customer in me.

This is the best in the area. I rarely write reviews but this is by far the best Ive experienced. Ive had Chinese food at two other spots in Fairfax and had no clue this one existed. This will be my "go to" place from now on. We ordered the chicken Lo mien, fried chicken with fried rice and the egg rolls...yummy!! Thanks for dinner!

The food is your average Americanized Chinese fare, nothing special but not bad. But I have never had a good delivery experience. Twice the delivery was over 30 minutes later than stated (usually say 45 minutes, delivery in 100+ minutes). Once they actually delivered me cold food. Not good enough to be worth the hassle.

Good prices on the lunch deals, local delivery, and good grub. Whats not to like? Ive enjoyed everything Ive tried, even if the kung pao is brown instead of red. Friendly staff and quick service, as long as theyre not crushed! Not my favorite in the world, but my favorite within lunch-distance from work.

Place is great and one of the few places you dont get day old food reheated. The anonymous user who said it was terrible and there is was a cockroach on the table is a liar and a POS. The place is excellent. The food is awesome and the place is clean. I get my family good there once a week.

First time e ordering g and I am absolutely amazed. This might be some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. Eveyone from the person on the phone to the delivery man was sooooo nice. Definitely a great restaurants that I will be frequenting again.

They have the best crab rangoon in VA, their portions are awesome, the prices are comparible to everyone else out here, but the overall quality of food youre getting is top notch for take-out / delivery. Definitely worth a try.

Being from NY, i havent had the best Chinese food experience in the DMV but this place was different. The food was quality and the rice was very delectable. Im thankful that the food was great. Definitely recommend this place.

Ordered take out....No taste in the combination fried rice and the general tsos chicken and shrimp are absolutely terrible. Shrimp is so old and chicken is way over cooked. Now moving into Pizza... yes it was that bad.

You may want to go to Panda Express instead... or at least avoid the General Tso chicken from here. The food is truly subpar. I dont have high standards, but this was really bad.

If you pass by and want some chinese food, they maybe give your some sense but dont ask too much they are just a fast food.
