You will want to take your time at this top notch bakery where everything is high quality. Browse tray after tray of gorgeous cakes, rolls, and breads. Order the best bubble tea you will ever have. The shaved ice is as beautiful as a sculpture. The strawberry cream soborro was delectable. The pastry light, crisp on the outside and tender inside with the soft creamy filling and fresh sliced strawberries. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and relaxed, like a calm coffee house that invites patrons to linger. One caveat: some of the seating is lower than American custom so is difficult for older people and those with disabilities to be seated and to rise. This is a place I will want to come back to anytime I am in the area.

I came here to get my favorite drink, and one for my friend too. I ordered myself a strawberry bubble tea, specifically asking for extra tapioca in the strawberry one for myself, and then a regular green tea bubble tea for my friend. While we driving back to my place, I realized that I had only been drinking for a minute or too, and I had already run out of tapioca! Apparently my friend with the green tea got the extra tapioca, and I barely got any! Way to listen to my order! This is the first time this has EVER happened, so Id say this is just a problem with those specific servers. While I was ordering the person I was talking to seemed to be playing Rock Paper Scissors with the server next to her!

Worst customer service. I bought a chocolate CAKE, but when I sliced into it is was all mousse. The attendant said it was cake when I bought it. False information. Called the store to return it. Went back to store and manager refused to refund or give me credit for overpriced $50 chocolate mousse. Said I sliced it so no return. How do you know whats inside if I didnt cut it? Stupid. What an terrible place that made me come all the way back and then refused to return my money or give me credit. They made the mistake by telling me I will get a chocolate cake and didnt take it back. Ill never waste my money at this place again. Nasty manager.

Disgraceful and shame on you! Went there to purchase a cake. posted price was $30.00. At the cash register, they charged $31+tax. Asked why charge $31 when posted price is $30.00. Cashier explained, " YOU ARE PAYING TAX!" They are charging $1 plus $1.86 for additional tax? COME ON!! And then they explained again, yourt pounder price went up and had to charge additional. What do I care if yourt pounder price went up or not!! Should be paying what posted price indicates!! Finally, they offered refund of $1.00. THAT SHOULD BE $1.06. BETTER CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!

This place is like Disney World for me. It has grains, honey, nuts, fruit, red bean, and cream baked delicacies. It has numerous cake flavors. Its like walking into a Japanese bakery with a larger variety. I have tried various items from here, enjoying just about all of them. Ive tried chocolate, hazelnut, cream, honey, egg, red bean, and hotdog goods. Ive even tried the curry croquettes off to the side. This place also offers a selection of coffee, tea, and bubble tea. Their green tea latte is a tad too sweet, but I have a sweet tooth and enjoy it anyways.

Food might be good but terrible customer service. I got charged double for the entire transaction. Called in for manager. He wasnt there so left my name and number. He never called me back. I finally called at right time to talk to him. Sent him all the information he asked for including card number, receipt and even bank statement. 1 week passes still no response. Contacted my bank. Obviously they dont care since they have my money. I will deal with them in a legal way.

Ok, this place has awesome baked goods, and as a Korean bakery, its right up there with Shilla as a chain store. However, their coffee is pretty terrible, so if thats important to you I would avoid. Sometimes this place is a great place to meet with someone because there is plenty of seating and its got a nice central location. The only caution I would have is that they play the music pretty loud, so if you need to concentrate, bring your headphones.

seems a little overpriced and the selection is not that great compared to other Korean bakeries in the area. But my friends and I always end up going there because of the location and the atmosphere. The interior is nicely designed with large tables and seats. Overall, very accommodating and comfortable place with delicious desserts and drinks.

I usually come after Spaworld trip. Usually 8 or 9PM. Bubble teas are average. And they run out of baked goods by 9PM. Which is frustrating because they dont close until 11PM. I know it can be hard to predict, but they didnt even put out more packages pasteries when I asked. Oh well!

Really nice spot to stop and hang out for a while. Lots of really comfortable seating like little living rooms for you & your friends. A huge selection of sweets and savories and a very nice coffee, tea, and bubbletea selection. Great find, will definitely be back.

Upper scale bakery. Very posh crowd of people majority korean. The bread choices are good and they do offer Boba tea. Delicious macrons but theyre pretty expensive. Free wifi, make sure you bring headphones, the place is full of loud groups of people.

This little store has the best macaroons the apple pie could use work but other than that is was amazing the place was clean but the customer service was horrible and the prices are very outrageous. I would recommend it to a friend.

Brings back memories of living in Seoul. They have most of the standard Korean bakery items. I have enjoyed all of the items that Ive tried, but I give it four stars, as I feel the prices are much more inflated than those in Seoul.

I love their variety of pastries for breakfast. I just wish they would warm them up for me. Some of the pastries are cold when they would definitely be better if they were hot or warm. I still love going to this place though.

Used to be cleaner and the smoothies were reasonably priced. Now they raised all the prices and the staff does not keep up with cleaning the seating area. I think theres only one trash can and its usually full. Sloppy.

Great pastry and bakery items. Staff is not rude but not friendly. Always feels like I am bothering them when I shop there. Very hard to get a box when buying several large items. Not a good customer service attitude

Awesome French Asian patisserie and coffee shop!! Pick up a tray by the front door, grab some tongs, and pick up some of the most authentic flaky pastry! Cakes, breads, Madelines and cake pops, too!

Wife and I had an excellent experience. Very authentic as far as I could tell and my brother worked for the French Culinary Institute for several years so I got some decent info from him.
