Dont waste your time here. Go to a different location. I ordered a couple Root Beer Floats with our food and the food took about 25 min to be prepared, it was only a couple combos. We were patient anyway. When we finally got the food it was old tasting and worst of all our floats were warm, like literally flat tasting and warm like its been left out the whole time. We went to the counter to see if we could get a replacment and they flat out refused and said that "the root beer comes out warm." They didnt offer a replacement, wouldnt honor our request, nothing. Mind you they are dead, we are the only people in the lobby and its 8, only 2 hours before close. No excuse for this garbage service. Not coming back here.

Worst experience with KFC Ive ever had. They didnt have their sign on and didnt seem to care & told me to pretty much hurry and order. They didnt have Crispy chicken ready they told me it would be about a 45 minute wait then they said their oven broke so they wouldnt be able to make crispy chicken and biscuits. I told them I had a coupon and they said I couldnt use it they refused to take a valid coupon. Their customer service they had was easily the worst customer service you can get at a fast food restaurant in Utah. I will never be coming here again. Have fun trying to read their menu with their lights off when you go there.

We had a Horrible experience here. The kid taking our order was incredible rude, they asked us to pull up front and theyll have the food right out. 15 MINUTES LATER we still didnt have our food and we only ordered 4 things. Whats the point of going through the drive-thru? We ordered chili cheese dogs and what we got was an overcooked hot dog with the nastiest tasting chili with NO cheese. I never throw away food but I took one bite and about puked. Im very disappointed with the experience I had overall and Ill never go there again.

We waited THIRTY minutes for 3 chicken strips. They had us pull around to wait for our food. When we finally went inside to inquire, the employees were just hanging out, shooting the breeze. They seemed put out that they had to make our food.... that we had paid for 30 minutes prior. Never again.
