I had a friend who introduced me to this place and I ordered a Reuben since theyre my favorite sandwich and I was stoked to see they served it. I have to say that it WAS the BEST Reuben I ever had. That left a very good first impression with me. Service was good and prompt... Because of this first impression and experience, Ive recommend and taken several friends here that are also Reuben sandwich fans. Now that being said... the friends that Ive introduced here and myself decided to go back and get us a Reuben sandwich... BIG disappointment. Service was very slow and we were all on a lunch break and waited half of it for food. When the Reuben sandwiches finally came they were third the size that used to be from what weve always been served, very little meat and very fatty, but the same price. I even asked the waitress if they were cutting expenses and on a budget... I mentioned that the Reuben was not very good and small like the size of a kids meal hamburger from McDonalds. She replied back and said they have a new cook. It seems like every new employee even the cook should be trained on how to make certain foods, what the processes are and how you cook the menu in order to keep things consistent, so your customers dont recognize the fact that you have new employees. This way business maintains the same, but this affected business personally for me and my friends who went. More than likely well not return due to the poor quality of that sandwich and paying the same price. Its sad because we always look forward to those sandwiches wheneverhenever we crave them.

Put bacon on your $10.00 BACON CHEESE BURGERS!!!!!! .But when they do theyre fabulous well worth the money.... DELICIOUS!............ ALSOOOOOO... ... The service is good if your a regular Im guessing????? Bartender was a little snappy with me which was offensive. I was there to spend money on food,cocktails,and music. Im a great tipper from being in the industry and being in the same industry for 20 years I know how a customer should be treated and how a bartender should conduct themselves... Pretty disappointed.. You never know who your serving, ALSO when I spend $20.00 to listen to music the bartender shouldnt skip it so his friends (regulars whatever can listen to their song next) it was very rude AND that costs money!

Charged us extra shots we didnt order. We each ordered a $5 drink, bill came it was $6 plus a $1 for some extra shot we didnt order. We waited 15 minutes for the waitress to come back so we could ask about it (we were sitting at the bar so we figured it wouldnt be long). Gave up so we didnt miss our movie. This is the second time we went and they did the same thing the first time. We just left because we figured it wasnt worth the fight over a couple bucks.. Im sure no one notices that extra $1 they are charging everyone but it adds up by the end of the day! Very Dirty business practice! shame on you Bout time!

The service (Randi--the waitress was very rude) and the food are terrible. I ordered the chicken wings, and when I received them, I could not believe the low quality meat. The chicken wings were full of fat, the breading was awful, and they were tough. I could not eat them. The chips and guacamole were not much better. The chips were stale and the guacamole was old. To top it off, the server, Randi, was totally rude, and ignored us the whole time. I will never visit this establishment again. If you want good quality food and service, DO NOT GO HERE.

Joe was my server. He had a Raider jersey on, so he won me over right way. The staff was great. They girls are pretty and friendly to the regulars and the their friends. I was disappointed in their Wi-Fi. The three others I have been to - WVC, Gateway, and Cottonwood - do not provide complimentary Wi-Fi, but this place did have complimentary Wi-Fi, but it was ridiculously slow. Too many people on it that night? I have no idea. The slow Wi-Fi was my only subtraction from this place.

Food is almost fantastic (especially if Denise is there!). The deep fried pretzel pieces are the best thing on the planet! The problem is, not everyone will make it for you I dont rrally understand, because its not THAT big of a deal to fry one... but Denises is amazing. Service is great sometimes, not great others, but Im not usually in a hurry when Im there... If they keep the music at a reasonable level, its the perfect haunt. Its at least our go-to!

Love, love, love, LOVE this place! One of the best places to get bar food! It is to die for! The staff there is ALWAYS friendly and have no problems with providing suggestions on cocktails. I test them every time I go in. I tell the the flavor Im in the mood for and they always come up with suggestions that hit the spot! If you are out shopping at the Newgate Mall, stop in and grab some grub! Youll love it!

I came here an I noticed that the server struggle to keep up with the customers due to trying to handle serving and bussing, they need to get a dish washer/busser that way the servers can fully engage with the customers. They will be able to keep up with the rush of people and better manage the work load thus the kitchen can focus on better quality and not overloading them

Me and my husband use to come in every Friday for a lunch date. We decided too go for our anniversary but were disappointed.. They didnt have beers we order off the menu and the food was not at all as good as we remembered..we also had to ask for the check 15 min after we had stacked our plates and were done eating.

We went in just to get a few drinks the bartender was very nice and made some great drinks. We will for sure go back another time when we are Hungary and hope to get great service again. I did notice people getting good it took quite awhile and they werent busy at all but I have high hopes!! :-)

Always choose to go see Pay per View there, and always regret it. Eaten there twice during slow days and regretted that as well. Have to know someone to get service, been there for an hour and no service, not even an acknowledgment. Wont be back this place sucks. Ill drive to Lumpys next time.

Our first visit to Bout Time. We ordered the Smoked Wings and the Fried Fish Tacos, both were delicious! Great Long Island Ice Tea! I was thinking Tacos, and our awesome waitress Tru, recommended the Fried Fish Tacos, Great waitress Tru, great cocktails and great food!!

Im not a customer, but I dealt with one of the staff, Pete, in a business setting. He was very friendly and accommodating. When we ran into issues, he kept a cool head, which is not something business folk often do when issues arise, and I appreciate it.

Im here now, only myself and one couple and I have had to walk up to the waitress each time I needed something.. Very dissapointed once again w their service.. Very poor..!
