They lie to you about what they offer. Husband is military and first person said FREE Italian cheesy bread. Got that for a couple times then they said no you get a crazy bread for free. Also when you get a crazy bread you get it now for $1.25 and they refused to give. This is how they treat a military who serves our country!!!! Each time they lie and mess up your order and over charge you cuz they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE!!!! I dont care that its cheap you treat everyone like in every place with the same respect and the same customer service. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT CUZ ITS PISSING ME OFF!!! YOUR A FRAUD AND DIRTY PLACE. YOUR A DISGRACE!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU FOR SCREWING PPL OVER AND GIVING OUT BAD FOOD AND HAVING THE WORST CREW EVER!!!!

I usually come here once a week and sometimes more. But clearly they dont know anything about customer service anymore or being nice at all. The team members were nice and all but the gm (thats who they told me he was) told me i dont understand what a negatve sign means when i was trying to get an overcharge on my card cleared. Clearly he didnt know what a negative sign means. Couldnt get it resolved by going in 3 sepwrate times. Had to go to the bank and they told me they did indead charge me $22 extra. Never coming back to this location. Kaysville or main st are much better options.

Your Layton, Utah location is the most disgusting and rude location Ive ever been to. My fiancee is 36 weeks pregnant and found mold in your crazy bread, it made her very sick to her stomach. The management there was rude and tried to rip me off by charging me 2$ extra for my meal just because they refused to make it a combo. I was a big fan of little Caesars but after this I cant trust your workers or product with my health and my childs health.

There pizza is good, but negligent service at the registers can cause a longer delay than is necessary. You must make sure you watch your order or they may give it to someone else. I will not go back to this establishment. This has happened to me twice in the last three visits. I will travel to a farther location to get my pizza.

Hit and Ready fraud. Hawaiian and 3 meat hit and Ready till 8pm lies. Came in asked for one of each at 7:15 pm, employee said they dont do that, there is a sign right behind him stating hit and ready till 8pm. Guy was speechless and said they have never done that. Dont go to the little Ceasars on Fairfield road in layton Utah.

They do not clean well at this location (dont look on the counters next to the registers if you are concerned about cleanliness) & tonights cheese bread was slightly cooked cheese dough. It kind of defeats the purpose of a fast meal when you have to cook it some more at home in order for it to be edible.

Ordered ten pizzas for a work get together, called in at 130 to have them ready by 330 and they werent ready when we got there at 330. Said there waiting on the 2 supreme pizzas and it would be 5 minutes but its been 10 already. Will have to call elsewhere next time.

My family has been going to this Little Caesars for YEARS!!! Glad to see its still around! They are the best getting pizzas ready quickly and efficiently!! Hands down!! The quality of pizza could be bumped up a little, but Im not about being picky at $5.

Almost every time I go here my order is messed up. This time I ordered a $10 pepperoni stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. I got just a normal $8 deep dish. Thats a big amount of money compared to the cost of the product. Last time going to this location.

The worst service ever. I watched 15 to 20 customers come and wait for the pizza and go while I waited more than 30 minutes for my 2 pizzas. I guess thats what happens when you have all teens working.

Good place, good pizza. Service is quite fast for how busy this place is. At times, I rarely have received older pizza at this joint compared to other little caesars establishments.
