Not the nicest bunch. Ive been visiting Sbux every single day for the last decade. I usually would rather go to any location before this one. The baristas are just not very nice, very abrupt and at times just plain rude. The manager is abrasive and condescending. I have a neurological condition (Narcolepsy w/o Cataplexy) occasionally I have episodes (abruptly falling asleep while sitting up) which last btwn 1-5 minutes. It isnt obvious or disturbing, and usually nobody even notices. The other day I was working and having coffee and breakfast, and had an episode which lasted less than 5 minutes. The manager apparently felt it was necessary to literally get right up in my face and loudly announce (so that the entire store could hear and stare at us) that he cant have me sleeping in the lobby. I was mortified. I apologized and started getting my things together, and tried to explain that it was a medical condition and there was nothing I could do about it, that I cant help it, and that each episode just passes on its own in a minute or two. He literally scoffed in response and went back to his socializing, didnt want to hear it. It honestly made me not want to come back ever again, if Im going to be publicly humiliated and berated for having a medical condition that isnt even noticible or bothering anyone and passes in about a minute. I dont know why all the baristas at this location seem to have an attitude, I dont encounter this problem at any other Starbucks, its just this one location seems to have an exceptionally abrupt and unwelcoming vibe. I gave 2 stars though, because the coffee is usually pretty darn good.

Right now, just got my drinks! I ordered 2 frappuccino with extra caramel with a male barista who just done trash thing and he was nice to me. Then he left, another female barista did my order. And the thing is she made 2 latttes instead so I told her that I did not order latte, I didnt even ask for another one yet. She just took it away aggressively and her face was annoyed! After shes done, she threw the two drinks at me without a word! She showed an irritated attitude and she walked away immediately that I couldnt ask her for my extra caramel that I ordered! One more time, the male one came out and fixed it for me! I know everyone has a bad day someday but I didnt do anything to deserve this kind of service. This makes me so upset that I have to write a review right away! Usually this place has very nice baristas!

Do yourself a favor and skip this location and drive to the one on dobson or guadalupe. There was an incredibly rude girl who worked here with short hair and glasses. Not sure if she was just racist but was incredibly inpatient with my mom who doesnt come to starbucks often and didnt know the lingo. As a gold card member, I go to starbucks quite often and was asking about the strawberry juice but couldnt remember the name. She flatly told me "we only have raspberry syrup," when I knew they had it. There was no one else in line and she is obviously an unhappy person. This is the WORST experience ive ever had at a starbucks and was completely shocked.

The brew coffee here doesnt taste like Starbucks. Starbucks is famous because of its strong coffee flavor. The coffee here was more like a tea than a coffee. The first time when I ordered, since the employee was new, I thought that she simply didnt know how to make it. But then the second time that, it was still the same very week coffee. After that I stop coming to this Starbucks. The manager should teach the employees how to make an original Starbucks coffee!

Visited this location today, the 13th. I was greeted kindly and my order taken quickly. Being there were no other customers being tended to at the time, I found it interesting the facility was not as tidy as other locations I frequent. Additionally, there was no hand soap in the womens bathroom.....not nice after the fact. Luckily I carry sanitizer w/me. :) Ill revisit the store again though. No problem.

Civic engineering at its worst, moved from a barely accessible location to another, I shared my opinion to a barista and she said she had nothing to do with that, I told her she did have access to giving feedback to individuals who do have input though? So glad Ill be changing jobs soon, wont be going to this Tucked in Starbucks.

unfriendly night staff, okay service, dont do a mobile order it took them forever to have it ready when I already put in my mobile order in. was late to work. the night and mid batista are very cranky and rude saw a drink almost splash all over me and didnt do nothing to help me just watched and walked away

Today was her birthday the lady that helped me and I quite didnt understand the sizes and I order the size I wanted but told them a size I thought it was what I wanted. Long story short she helped me understand the sizes and made my order over again. She was completely understanding. Happy Birthday!

For over 6 months Ive been going to this Starbucks almost every day and I always have a very enjoyable experience. All of the Baristas are very caring and they are always very easy going too which is a blessing for me to receive with my daily grind. Keep up the great service!

The drive thru is so slow it is embarrassing. You guys should be ashamed Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 35 mins now to get a green tea. I had 2 cars in front of me. And now there are litteely 16 cars waiting out into the street. We counted. You guys so suck

Three strikes your out! The managers inability to meet customer demand is failing during a.m. hours. Customers want fast service, good product at a reasonable price. The service is slow, the product is mediocre, and coffee shop across the street is cheaper.

The Baristas are really friendly and greet you as soon as you enter. They had my drink ready in a timely matter. Gilbert the manager is a great leader for the staff and runs the store great making sure everything and everyone is taking care of.

Very slow. Mobile order not ready and wrong. They did not have chocolate and never said anything just did not put one in bag. I had to go back and ask for one. They had to make one. No apology or anything.
