Very good, different "mix" of "sweet stuff". Very unique. Christian waited on us. Very informed about the products, helpful, upbeat, friendly guy. Good staff now. Kids should really enjoy the "process" of making whatever type ice cream, or other cream type "goodies" offered. You should try it out !! Oh, I just read the other reviews, I got what Adam bought. Yes, it was very tasty. I think its got an atypical atmosphere. It is "bright" young, fresh, clean and I guess, eclectic cool, lol

Pulled into the parking lot on a saturday, (10 minutes before closing time) and they already had the doors locked, the tables up and the floor being moped WHILE THE "OPEN" SIGN WAS STILL LIT. The [Hispanic] girl behind the counter sat there and looked at us as if we were dumb while we tried to open the door. If you are going to close the place early, have the decency to turn off the OPEN sign and come to us and let us know you are closing, dont be idiots and just stare at us. Pathetic.

It was WAY more expensive than expected - $.50 per mix in? Goodness. I paid $6.50 for a regular ice cream with 2 mix ins. Speaking of, mix in options were extremely limited, very disappointing for me. However, to be honest, I think I got myself too hyped for the experience that when it was rather plain I was disappointed. I would still recommend doing it once for the experience of watching them do something rather incredible, but theyre not the most incredible thing to come to Tyler.

3 stars for ice cream. 0 stars for atmosphere. Looks great inside, but the atmosphere is really awkward. Full of people sitting quietly, no music, and the Spanish channel playing quietly in the background. Definitely not the place to take a bunch of excited kids. Theres currently one girl running the place alone and serving 10 people (her service was great though). Maybe they should hire someone to handle their Tyler marketing and find a way to up the atmosphere.

A really fun idea! Everything tasted really good, too! I got the peanut butter pretzel and it was great. Kind of hard to see if you didnt accidentally find it, though. Otherwise, I dig it.
