This is a splendid establishment, I cant decide whether their excellent responsive service or the thick juicy meaty patty is more prominent. Me and my goons end up here all the time and get treated with the up most respect and never get looked at with knavish glares. If I had to recommend one item from the menu ( although it would be hard;-) ) it would hands down be the burger basket. From first bite to the final munch your taste buds know that they have received a sprinkle of heaven. The price, the craftsmanship, and the presentation are the three pillars of fast food; without one your establishment will fall. These pillars are present at Honey Bee Ham, but the most astonishing thing I find about this fine establishment is that it achieves not three but four pillars; this fourth pillar being accepted. For the past 5 years Ive lived in The Woodlands and have been looked as an outsider and treated like one, but when I escape to Honey Bee I feel embraced with love and a little tingly feeling that my heart is becoming full of hope once again. I have tried many of the other restaurants near Honey Bee and although some have decent burgers (Republic grill, Burgerfi, and Local pour) they are expensive, take forever to receive meals, and dont have the charm Honey Bee has. Thank you Honey Bee for being the home away from home and exceeding all expectations one would have walking into a ham and deli joint. As the distinguished philosopher Orson Welles once said "One cannot think well, love well, if one has not dined well".

Ive been going to this wonderful establishment since about 2006. They are hands down the best burger in Montgomery County, as it has been advertised. Its hard to get anybody else on the menu because of how perfect the burgers are, but the various sandwiches have always been impressive. Everything is always on point, from the excellent buns to the exquisitely seasoned fries. The meat is subtly seasoned and you can taste the quality. Theyre not shy with the cheese, either, its always a good, thick, melty slab. The banana pudding and chocolate mousse are delicious and not too heavy, which is great considering the burger and fries I have beforehand. Service has always been very professional, helpful, exceedingly expedient (I swear theyre faster than Whataburger)and most importantly, consistent. All this, and youre paying prices that are comparable to McDonalds, if not cheaper. The value is incomparable. Truly a blessing (and a curse, lol) to have this wonderful establishment 5 minutes from my house. Its part of the reason why I would never want to move from here.

This used to be one of my favorite places to visit. Ive been a customer there for years. Lately, since around summer of 2015, Ive been picking up a sense that every time I visit, Im a nuisance to the staff. It doesnt even matter what Im doing, whether ordering food, asking for extra napkins, or even a bottle of ketchup, I always get a sigh of disbelief that I, a customer, could be so bold in asking for SERVICE from the waiting staff. The food is good, but isnt good enough to justify being treated like were a pain in the owners/staff behind. Also, on our last (and final) visit, we used our frequent meal punch card to get a discount on our meal, asked for another one with two punches in it since we were buying two meals, and was refused the card. Ill take my business to Red Robin for a good burger, at least the waiting staff there are always friendly.

It went from being one of my favorite places to go to I will never be back and I will be letting everyone know of my experience. We order a loaded pulled pork baked potato... When I got there and paid for the order I took it back to the car...The friend I brought it for didnt like sauce on the potato so I took it back and ask if I can replace it for something else and pay the difference if its more...And she was like no you cant do that.... So I walked back outside and told my friend they couldnt switch it . He then said well I dont want it then and go get my money back....So I walked back in with an untouched potatoes and ask could I get my money back cause they didnt want it and the lady then said again no....So im like I cant get my money back and she again said no...So I asked to speak to the manager

Honestly food is AMAZING, but service is lacking somewhat like others say. They do their job, its just that they seem to dislike being there. And hence end up having a bad attitude. All and all, dine in is alright, food balances out the service. Delivery is hands down worth it though, no bad service just amazing food, need to order a minimum of $30 though.

Used to come to this deli regularly with my boyfriend. Food is good, but service is sub par. From the moment you walk in the door you feel somewhat like a nuisance. Could say much more but we have vented about the poor customer service enough.

Honey Bee Ham is the best local place to eat in The Woodlands, hands down. Its a great choice for a lunch, or if you dont have time to cook something around the holidays. I ordered a Tur-Duc-Hen and it fed about 10 people and was great!

Looks like they shrunk the portion of foods. Came in got sandwich way smaller than before. Ordered onion rings got 4 onion rings. Been here many times Damn I see why I stop coming here 13$ for a sandwich
