I rarely leave reviews but today at Chipotle Woodlands was one of the most UN-enjoyable restaurant experiences I have ever had. And thats saying something because I have eaten all over the world in some of the worst conditions you can imagine. We arrived and there was a line, no problem...except there were no tables either. In many cases tables of four were taken up by one or two people and there were two tables that held 8 people and they had three or four people on each of them. Thats their policy though, first come first served, but when its busy they need to get involved and try to help people get seated. Ok so on to ordering food. I had to help order 5 meals and some of them were for kids. So after the first two they are barking questions at me for what kind of rice and beans while I am trying to get the other three orders in, then they started serving the guy behind me before I could give them all my burrito orders. Then they were asking me for the fillings for three burritos AT THE SAME TIME lol. I know they were busy but THEY just need to be patient and remember to try to make the experience enjoyable for all their guests. Otherwise what is the point in coming? I almost walked out in frustration but they finally listened to me to SLOW IT DOWN and I managed to get out of there with my food in some sort of Olympic record time. It all happened so fast that they forgot to get the drink orders for two of our meals. I dont really blame the staff for all this except the scowling girl on the burrito press, but I do blame the executives who are lazing back at home around their pools while theses poor kids are tearing their hair out. To their credit a junior manager came to my table and apologized but he then told me it is like this EVERY Sunday!!! And how long is management going to let customers be pushed through their stalls like cattle? For average tasting burrito? Never again for me after this. Chipotle has nice staff and average food but on Sundays this is NOT the place to take the family if you want to maintain your sanity:-)

This review is for Chipolte Catering - you order through the 1-800# and it was picked up at the Six Pines store. I had to feed 8 teenage boys and ordered Chipolte catering. When I called they informed me that the minimum order was 20….so reluctantly, thinking I would have so much left over, I ordered The Big Spread (3 meats) for 20. NEVER AGAIN!! When I opened the foil pans I was in a panic and immediately called the store to complain about the little amount of meat there was (it did not cover the bottom of the small square foil pans). I was told when I ordered, it would feed each person 2 tacos and a burrito bowl. 8 boys ate one burrito bowl each (not huge portions and only 2 had small seconds) and my 13 yr old daughter had 2 soft tacos. An ORDER FOR 20, only fed 9 people!! The barbacoa that we received was a little mound in a big foil pan and the chicken and steak barely covered the bottom of the pan. There was hardly any rice, as it was about ½" deep in the pan. The meal totaled $292. Had we been able to eat at the restaurant, the meal would have been less than $90!! Of course, they did give us about a year’s supply of sour cream and salsa!! In addition, the food was so cold from the 10 min ride home, that we had to put 8 foil pans in 2 ovens to warm up for 25 min while the boys waited to eat. Order from another restaurant if you want people to have enough to eat.

DO NOT EAT HERE LATE! The store says "Open until 10pm" but really the thing is closed at 9:30pm or earlier. If you go in past 9:30pm there will be almost no food left. I just went in and was told they are out of chicken, pork, and beans. Okay, well Chipotle stores already have a small selection of foods so now im stuck with tofu or steak. To top it off, the store had a huge line all the way to the door. They could have made another batch of beans, chicken, and pork and it STILL would have gotten eaten... Am I supposed to believe the store doesnt make enough money to discard/give away half of their small tubs at closing time because it didnt get eaten? The manager is either unaware of his/her lazy employees or is cheap.

From now on I only order pickup from here. Went here at about quarter to 10, and I understand they want to close up, but they lady closing was downright rude. We were sitting there eating, and she comes over to where the napkins and forks are and starts slamming things. Then she started stacking chairs on the tables, as loudly as possibly, and managed to knock one down. I just wanted to eat and chat a bit and leave, but this lady made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, when we went to leave they had locked the doors and all went to the back, we had to wait to be let out.

It was hard for me to find this location! I am not even sure why, but my GPS led me to a shopping center, so I walked the entire center only too discover this gem on the outside of the actual center.But its all good. The service was quick. They streamline the process and the transaction goes by faster than you thought. So be ready to hand them your card and get it back within a literal 2 seconds! The restaurant was clean...bathroom almost out of soap. But almost...so its cool.

FOOD POISONING! If i could give 0 stars i would. My friend and i ate here yesterday and have been extremely sick since. Tmi maybe but sitting on the toilet with a barf bag in front of us for the last 24hours since it wont stop coming from both ends! I emailed the company and they are so dismissive of the whole incident. I highly suggest you stay away from here. I have a very strong stomach so the fact that this happened to me says a lot

Everyone knows what the food tastes like here, so Ill speak to the place in general. Although the food is definitely better than most medium-food places (this isnt FAST food per se), you have to be in the mood for Chipotle - which should never be between 11A and 1P because lunch rush line madness. This isnt a place that you really want to eat at more than a few times a month.

My family and I eat here at least once a week (often more) and we LOVE this location. We have been coming to this store for about 10 years now and have had hardly any problems. The manager here is amazing!! She makes a point to say hello to me every time she is there and I can tell she runs a tight shift!

Very clean restaurant and the staff is on top of their game. The food is good and well prepared. For those on here complaining about the portion sizes of meat, some of you should be eating smaller portions anyways. Stay home and cook your own food if you want more bang for your buck.
