Ive been ordering from Mr. Jims in The Colony since moving here, about 3 years. I have a band that meets in my home once a week and I provide them some snacks. Once a month or so we order pizza. Last night my 6 pizza order was all screwed up. Three were supposed to be thin crush, and all were thick crush. The order was supposed to be picked up at 8:15 PM exactly and we were there, but they took 30 minutes after that to give us the order, meaning that my bands break was delayed and everyone was standing around waiting. Man at the place said he sent the cook home. Well its under new ownership, and I promise you 1) Ill never order from them again...too many choices for pizza, and 2) in another month hell have no reason at all to even have a cook. Too many choices. I ran a retail store for 30 years, and I know a little bit about "do everything you can to keep the regulars coming back." This guy doesnt get it.

My dad ordered two pizzas and my family and I all got really bad food poisoning and the only thing we all ate together yesterday was this pizza. We were all very ill today. the one who delivered it was late and annoyingly chit chatty (pushy too). the pizza was luke warm. zero stars needs to be an option. was happy when jims opened back up now I will never order a jims pizza again. my pick up last week came out great and the service was better. not sure what happened between now and then but you lost a customer.

I havent ever had Mr. Jims before. My husband bought us pizza last night from there. It is AMAZING. Pizza Hut, Ive always loved you... not anymore. Reheated in the oven or the microwave... superb still... The customer service was great! Last night the owner was out a driver so he was delivering. (We did carry out) Love, love, love it! The BBQ wings were amazing too. My kids scarfed them down like crazy!

I called to order pizza for my family at 8:08 pm and had been told 50 minutes. Its is now 9:45 pm and no pizza. Im done waiting and my kids are hungry! They are eating cereal because they have to go to bed. Thanks a lot! First time trying them too. Sad! Worst part when i called at 9:10 to see when the driver would be here the guy said he was on his way. I kniw it doesnt take 35+ minutes and still not here!

Our go-to place for getting pizza for the last year since we moved here. Super fast, always warm, right down the street, and never had a problem with our order. We love the cheese they use on their pizza too. Cant find much better around here. Their pizza is definitely a nice switch up from the usual big-box pizza companies.

So, the pizza I received today was excellent.Just like old times. Lots of toppings and piping hot. I quit ordering a year ago or so when quality and service went downhill. New management/owners that took over have clearly made changes. Hope they stick to it.

Ive been ordering from this Pizzeria for quite some time (at least 20 orders). There has never been a single mix-up on orders and delivery has been spot on - warm and fast. There is a lot of competition in the area for pizza, but these guys do it the best!

Fantastic pizza! New owner and staff are absolutely great - they take custom orders if you call. Havent had a better experience in this area. The nacho sticks are pure perfection and a unique offering - definitely worth a try if you havent.

The new owner and staff are wonderful! They are polite and make sure your order is correct in front of you before you leave. Im so happy to have a good place to go for pizza again. The food tastes fresh, and the store is nice and clean.

I love this Pizza and their fast and courteous service its out of this world. If you think the prizes are high try their new dish DLish Pizza. My personal favorite is Nacho Sticks Pizza and their Submarine Sandwich.
