The staff is extremely rude pizza never fresh and most of all the Hispanic manger have no clue what customer service is. My husband went and purchased two pepperoni pizzas he paid 1.75 extra for garlic butter, and Parmesan the girl put so much Parmesan you couldnt even see the pizza!!! My husband brought it home and I politely took it back until the manger decide he want to argue back and forth stating my husband said he wanted a lot when we been getting hot n readys for years and never have we ever had to say that my husband came in and told the manger I didnt even deal with you it was a young lady. He go on and on and refused to give us another pizza and gave us our money back. Never will we go back to that location and spend money this is not the first time we had a bad experience with this location and with that same manger being rude! I will also be calling corporate because he need more training on coustomer service he was so defensive from the time I walked in. He wrote his name as Gabino Hdz which make no sense.

DRUGS ARE BAD MKAY! Get your employees off the heroin they were doing. The guy making pizza boxes was nodding off while doing so. The counter guy after 10 minutes told me he knew they made my pizza but they couldnt find it and asked me how long I had been there. I had never left the store! The pizza was terrible looking and I threw it away as soon as I got home with it. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Not acceptable service.

Pizza is advertised as Hot-N-Ready... But it never is. Every single time I come in I have to wait. Multiple times they have given the pizza I ordered to a customers who arrived after me. There are employees sitting on the counters doing nothing and the hot boxes and ovens are empty. Seriously not a good way to promote business. -_- I guess Ill find somewhere else to go for pizza night from now on.

Usually like coming here. However the past few times Ive been the pizza was not as good or the crazy bread has been way under cooked. The most annoying thing is the COLD marinara sauce! I swear you used to at least heat it up. When I asked if I could have another one or for it to be heated up I was told they serve it cold...what?!?! Hot and ready fail.

Common sense would tell a manager to staff his establishment with more people during the busier hours. This isnt happening here. You walk in anytime after 5 and there will be a 15/20 min wait on anything even if you call it in. No such thing as a hot n ready pizza here.

No food ever ready. Went in today, stood in line cash in hand(sign says"Cash Only"). 5minutes went by with no acknowledgement, saw 5-6 employees there. 2pm lunch special? No Pepsi, 5 minute wait for pizza? No apology, just shrugging of shoulders.
