The owners are the same who owned Don Bigotes across the street. I talked with one of the mangers and he explained that the owners had opened a new seafood restaurant and that was the reason for the move to save money on rent. With the move they took all the original wait staff with them to the seafood place and hired a few high schoolers for Mi Casita the turnover was very high we saw new staff every other week. The quality of the food, service and the atmosphere suffered greatly because of this. The owners used to be in Don Bigotes every day with music playing and staff with smiling faces but since they dedicated all their time to the new restaurant Mi Casita suffered big time.

I came to eat with my family on Friday 04 2015. It was their Grand Opening and wow the food was awesome. You can taste the difference right away from other Restaurants like Mi Rancho ect. Nothing compared to this. Service was good as a matter of fact it was the best. Very friendly and on top of that we received a free Chile Con Queso for the Grand Opening. Their Menu is impressive, there are some dishes I want to try. We had the Fajitas and wow they were so good. The introductions was a A+

My husband and I just ate at Mi Casita Cafe in Spring, TX. The food was delicious, and the people were so friendly. They went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed to make the meal enjoyable. For sure we will make this our restaurant to eat at. If anyone is in the area, please stop by and try them out. You wont be disappointed. It sure beats all the other Mexican Restaurants around. We give them an At !!!!!

This is a nice Mexican restaurant. My food was served hot. The server was very friendly. There is free ice cream. The prices are decent. The music wasnt too loud. I will go back with my family next time. It was clean.
