My family has been going here regularly for years. We started off at their first location on 336 N. Loop but became regulars at Jaliscos #2 when our two favorite servers started working there. It is the only place that cooks similar to the way my mom cooks and the only place she will eat Mexican food. They greet us by name, have met the whole extended family and have seen my son grow up throughout the years with our regular visits. The food is very inexpensive, somewhere to take the whole family out on a budget.

This morning we found this little place and they are the friendliest staff and service by far. The food was great and for 2 people not bad $$. They love their Spanish soap Operas in the morning and their Jukebox music. P.S wear strechy pants and enjoy. $-Cheap $$- Affordable $$$- Split the bill to make it. $$$$-Piggy Bank Breaker

The food was absolutely amazing, but the service was awful. We did not see our waitress except when she was taking our order and bringing our food. The other downfall to this place is the atmosphere; I can handle not understanding the tv but not the feeling that I dont belong and not being checked on.

Best mexican food in town hands down! The tacos are some if the best ive ever had. Fresh flour tortillas the nachos are loaded in queso the taco salad is huge and always good. The meat is flavored right and cheap. I come here 3 times a week!

There is no music? Completely quiet. Literally the worst Mexican food Ive ever tasted. Chili con queso? Just Velveeta cheese. I could buy better Mexican food at a Walmart
