If I could leave no stars, I would. I went in there and was getting many donuts, long John, 2 Apple fritters and a kolache....so logically I asked if I could please have a box. I also dont like all the icing coming oiff my donuts smushed into those tiny bags. The woman assisting me said umm unless you get a dozen you cant get box. I told her what i was getting and she said no. I was shocked but just said ok whatever. The customer behind me said "cant this last buy a box for 50 cents like your sign says?" I replied that her refusing to give me a box but wanting to give me 7 bags was ridiculous. The lady at the shop continued getting donuts with attitude and nasty looks. As shes bagging all my bags into a bag she looks to the 3 guy in line....not being helped and starts telling him that I wanted a box and that they cant do it because they cant afford it. WHAT??? I think to myself....are you kidding?? I ask her "why are you telling this man about me wanting a box?" She replied "oh Im just explaining that we can just give free boxes." I said "then leave me out of It! Dont talk to him about your issue with me, I dont know him?" Then a young girl appearing to be the woman and mans workings daughter tells me "its ok its Ok". I say nothing but NO, its not ok to be rude and embarrass your customers and try to get other customers on your SIDE to feel better about not giving me a box. I was LIVID leaving this store. Sad thing is their kolaches and donuts are very good but that isnt all that keep customers. Being decent and nice. Just saying sorry maam I cant and leaving it at that would have been sufficient. OBVIOUSLY they have NO business or customer service training or knowledge. I WILL NOT SUPOORT a business like this so that is the last thing I expressed before I left. "I wont be coming back here" this is how businesses FAIL, good riddens.

Seriously the best donuts ive ever had. Their donut holes are absolutley heavanly. 100% reccomend these donuts to everyone, I love shipleys and all the other small donut shops, but these donuts just outdo them.
