Disgusting!!! We came here for brunch one morning and found fairly large pieces of an unknown sharp object in our sandwich. I quickly asked to speak to the manager away from the long lines of people waiting to order so as to not alarm anyone. After speaking to an employee who was more than willing to refund our entire order (we didnt eat the rest of the food because we werent sure what we were going to find) the manager, Shaneil Gibson, came over to find out what happened. Once we explained the incident she said all she could do was refund for the sandwich since it was a manufacturer error and not a "Panera" issue. I was appalled! All I was asking was for a refund for our food since we didnt eat it in fear of finding something else disgusting! She was not at all apologetic, not once did she say that she was sorry. We love Panera Bread and were greatly disappointed with finding random objects in our food and at the very poor customer service. We will not be returning to this location.

Panera is usually a great place to have breakfast however this particular day at this particular location the experience has been awful. The racks were almost completely empty. We were charged for food we didnt order. Then we were served the wrong food. After that my wifes bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich was served with no bacon at all... my daughters sandwich wasnt good either... although the personnel was polite and offered apologies their excuse was they had planned a catering service so the restaurant was suffering for the lack of their own planning which shows just plain old incompetence . Im not interested in getting my money back.. I just want a decent breakfast. Panera brand is getting a very bad image if this restaurant keeps performing in this manner...

We went for a quick lunch and ended up waiting 25 minutes in line. The cashier was SO SLOW. It drove me crazy. She sits there waiting 5 minutes to swipe my card, then it took her 10 minutes to put in our order. My daughters ordered a Caesar salad and a grilled cheese sandwich. For the salad, it had barely ANY dressing and was unedibly salty. The sandwich bread was SO SOGGY and had little flecks of this weird goo all over it. I asked to talk to the manager and the cashier acknowledged me with a grunt and a sassy roll of her eyes. I was SO OFFENDED and stormed back to our table. I finished my meal and went and picked up Sonic for lunch for my daughters, who were starving and couldnt eat their lunch because of frickin Panera. Suck it Panera!!!

Little bit pricy for what you get. Main complaint is all the people hanging around using their laptops and taking up all the space. Last time I was there saw two young ladies with their papers spread all over a large table, and when they got their food they had to use another table to eat. Maybe that is why the prices have gone up. Management needs to get the money to cover the office space they are giving out for free. Noticed this in several other locations of this chain as well. Only go there now when I am dragged there by boss or co-workers who want a place for a meeting. Not bad rent --- three or four hours for the price of a sandwich!!!

Me and my boyfriend came here. He ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich. The meat on it was raw on the first sandwich. It was literally dripping blood. We asked for it to be replaced and the second sandwich barely had any meat on it and didnt taste good. So I called for a manager. The manager was really rude and said they did not sale raw meat here that they pressure cook it so it cant be raw. Obviously their pressure cooker isnt cooking it right. And they also didnt offer us our one dollar bakery item with our pick twos. Will not be coming back here.

Hard to see from the street. Theres a large parking lot but its full of cars. This location is at the entrance of the woodlands shopping mall. In Houston Texas. The outside is clean and there are tables and chairs for a Sidewalk Cafe. Lots of bread on display and the employees are very kind and helpful. Very cozy and warm feeling inside. There is valet parking right next door. There are coupons to be had on the internet. The food is fresh and good and the coffee is hot. My first time at this location and I will be back. I highly recommend this to anyone.

The food at all Panera Bread locations seems to be very consistent and, because of that, delicious. This location unfortunately has an incompetent staff who just do not seem to care. I have ordered breakfast over the phone literally 17 times (since I started tracking it) and my order has been correct ONCE. Last time I had to request my wifes sandwich with no cheese because our nursing newborn has a dairy allergy - it had cheese melted into the sandwich. I still go here because it is the only one close to my home.

We have been going to this location six to eight times a week for the last four months. It always had the best iced tea and iced coffee until the last 5 visits. They must have a new manager or something. The raised the prices and now the tea and coffee is real weak. it looks like they are trying to penny-pinch at the cost of quality. We will find a new place to visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. But, they were out of bagels at 9:30 am on a Wednesday with no plans to make more. When I asked about it, they explained in a very nice way that big catering customers buy all their bagels. I asked if this was typical, that they would be out at 9:30 am, and they said yes. Doesnt seem right to me.

Im a big bread fan, and these guys make a number of tasty breads. Im particularly fond of the Bacon Turkey Bravo (on Sundried Tomato Basil) and their breakfast fare is top notch. If only there were more of these near my home and workplace.

Fantastic food although they did booger up the order a little bit, it was no big deal since they brought me extra food quickly to replace it. Seems a bit pricey but its a high-end place with very nice facilities and great food.

Horrible service. Food has been incorrect multiple times! The bathrooms are disgusting. When I did politely complain, they gave every excuse in the book and did nothing about it. Just awful.

I love Panera. The Woodlands location is the one I frequent the most and I have never had a bad experience. Waitin in line at lunch time but that is the norm for lunch anywhere.
