Its such a wonderful thing when you can get truly great food, great service and help out local business owners without paying an arm and a leg... I love this place!!! Today I had the special of the day - BLT sandwich - and I decided to try it with black Russian bread... It was better than any BLT youve ever had, I can assure you! I even told the owners to never let me order a sandwich there unless it was on that bread!!! IT WAS THAT GOOD! The Matinee Cafe has a certain good vibe to it from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend it!

This is a cafe inside the Jefferson Bank building, catering mainly to the people working there. Our office is in the building next door, and we have no cafe, so we often call in our order & walk next door to get it. Everything there is fresh and delicious, their burgers are great and the tuna on wheat berry bread is perfection. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because their prices are a tad high, but for the great food & friendly service, its worth it IMO. Also FREE refills ALL day on their fountain drinks!!!

I have been eating at this Deli since I moved in the building - it is wonderful. The food quality is very good with reasonable prices. The chicken salad is wonderful. They have breakfast tacos that are very good. I have been eating there regularly since I moved in the building in 2011 and have gotten my family to eat there also. You get a lot of food for your money. Hope you try this place out.

Great Service, Great Food! Located inside of the McAllister Plaza building. From Breakfast Tacos to burger and fresh made deli sandwiches everything you get it made to order and with the care and passion of a small business owner that truly loves cooking. Plus you have to love the Refills!!!!

I love this place! Great, fresh food and customer service is awesome! I enjoy items from both their breakfast menu and lunch menu. They offer free refills on tea, coffee and soft drinks until closing at 2:30 pm. It is good to see a local business do well and these folks are deserving.

Usually grab breakfast here and really love the Kolache and Oatmeal here; for lunch you have to go big and try their Directors Club <~~ so huge and delicious!!! With free refills all day, 7% discount for paying with cash, the newly added TV and free WI-FI this place is a great choice.

This is a great cafe....had their french toast this morning and it was fabulous! Everything I have had there has been great...cant say one negative thing and the folks there make you feel like family.

I love this place! It is so nice to have a cafe right in the building and even better to have a cafe in the building with GREAT food and service! You cant go wrong any of the offerings on the menu!
