First of all they are so slow second of all they dont know correct portions the girl literally gave me like 5 pieces of chicken and then when I asked her for more she said so you want double chicken and I said no I want a full portion of chicken though so she gave me more then the lady in front of me was trying to pay and her daughter walked over to see if they had salt and pepper shakers out which they didnt so the girl came back to the front and said do you have pepper and the girl at the cash register acted like she had never heard what pepper was before had asked three other workers and it took literally 10 minutes for them to get some salt and pepper out then when it came time for me to pay she asked if I wanted chips and a drink and I said yes so as shes bagging my to go food I pay and then I grab my bag and Im standing there still waiting for my chips which she didnt put in my to-go bag and then she just looks at me like why are you still standing here and I said I need my chips that I paid for and she just looked at me so rude turned around grab the chips and like slung them on the counter well then I get my drink and go to leave and the Sprite was spitting so the Sprite was out so that I tried to get mr. Pibb and nothing was coming out but clear so finally I settled for tea and just left the tea taste like the pitcher has it been washed ever.... I would rather drive all the way to firewheel. Never coming here again.

You can tell this is definitely a new Chipotle. Ive been here 3 times since they opened and each time they get better at preparing the food and customer service. Still a little bit stingy with the food portions. Which is a shame since rice and beans is the cheapest thing in the world. Im hoping they will continue to improve its nice not to have to drive all the way to Mesquite or Dallas to have a Chipotle

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! Rachel was extremely rude she acted as if I was bothering her. Thats no way to treat your customers! She forgot to give me my chips I asked her for my chips and she stated "I should have checked my order before leaving" I am in shock that this woman is still working there. Sadly I will not be returning this just makes upset how can treat customers that way

Person making my burrito was really nice and did great. But once I got to the cashier her name was Ixel I believe was really rude. Not welcoming and basically was throwing my chips and drinks at me. I asked for a cup and she didnt give it to me till after she tendered me and had an attitude when I asked for it. Really hope its someone else when I come again.

I ordered on the chipotle app for the first time. And sadly Im not impressed. My order is wrong and I already went back up there once for chips that I ordered but werent given. They used the wrong lettuce, forgot my salsa, and the guacamole that is more expensive looks old. But every time Ive ordered while Im there its been good.

The wait was over 30 minutes with 7 people on staff. The staff shut the line down to make tlpick up orders. Out of the 7 people only 2 were making orders. Very disorganized location. I have to many chipotles and this service is the worse. If you have an hour to wait inline then this is your place.

What is happening with this place? I thought this was a franchise with a blueprint on the basic guidelines on quick service. Kids running kids with no sense of order. I guess i can thank this new Chipotle store for making me now appreciate the one by my job.

They are very slow and didnt know how to roll a burrito and ripped the tortilla and still gave it to us like that. Also ran out of everything at the same time and had people waiting for more than 20 minutes. Need to hire people that know what theyre doing.

DISGUSTINGLY GROSE!! THEY HAVE CHANGE THE MEAT USED, NOW IT COMES IN FROZEN, YOU CAN TASTE THE DIFFERENCE. WHEN CALLED TO COMPLAIN ALL I GOT WAS EXCUSES ABOUT THE CHANGE IN THE MEATS BEING USED. NOT ONE APOLOGY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The female cashier was super rude on the phone, and in person. I asked her if my quesadilla was chicken, and she just shrugged her shoulders, smiled, and said "yep?". My quesadilla was literally smashed and thrown together. Not cool.

Everything is fresh. Tastes great and pretty healthy. The app makes to go easy. Only reason I didnt give them a 5 star is they dont sell any adult beverages. Margaritas would be great

It seems like this location is still learning how to cook. Meet was very dry compared to Firewheel Chipotle. Maybe theyll get better but for now Im not calling it a recommend place.
