" we dont use real bananas." So my son and myself are frequent customers at Potbelly. We always order shakes once the sandwich maker asks, " what can I get you?" He or she yells out loud what shakes to make . Last week , they made our sandwiches and at checkout , the shakes werent even made. I cancelled them since our food was made. Well today I ordered shakes, one vanilla was made at checkout, the banana wasnt. One employee told the manager that was checking us out, " hey man , we dont have any bananas. " the manager said something under this breath and the employee pored something in milk, and a lot of cottage cheese looking substance. I told manager, that I ordered a banana shake. Manager said," we use banana purée." I said , " Ive ate at so many potbellys , and they have always used real bananas. Manager said" youre wrong we dont use real bananas. " I said" well why did employee tell you, WE dont have bananas ." Manager was rude and we will no longer dine at this location again. Potbelly has great ingredients, but this manager was low class, and did not care about his job or the customers. I really hope something is done and someone be accountable for their actions.

Horrible customer service. Asked for extra mayo on one of my sandwiches---not done, on the other sandwich I asked for extra hot peppers and she barely even put any, I asked for 7 extra packages of hot peppers she gave me 4------seriously if I needed to pay extra just give me the amount...I know what I need to have in order to enjoy my sandwich....& to top it off I paid with my debit/credit & she asked for my DL...WOW lady.. my receipt says Paula

I love potbellys and go to other locations all the time. This location how ever is terrible there was almost no meat on my sandwich and it was so dry I could barley choke down about half of my over toasted bread sandwich before I just left. management couldnt care less when I brought it to there attention. Save your self some disappointment and just go to the chipotle a few doors down.

I went there an casher ran my CC twice saying over charged customer in front of me I told her she charged my account twice She looked right in the face an said "No i didnt" i showed her on the app she came up with some excuses Liers an thiefs

The service Id extremely slow and the place is really nasty. Someone should clean the tables off every now again. Food was OK but the customer service and the upkeep is the main reason I wont return!

I had never eaten at one of these before. It was quite good. Crowded at lunch, but worth the wait. Sandwiches in staff were great.
