My husband and I had a date night at Seasons 52 in Plano and were pleasantly surprised! We had a baby 6 months ago so were looking to have a special evening and Seansons 52 delivered that and more. Our waitress Amanda was not only knowledgeable but very friendly and made us feel so welcome. She explained everything regarding the menu and the way the seasonal ingredients worked. She made great suggestions and I am glad I took them. We had the rainbow trout and pork tenderloin. The pork was so flavorful and was one of the best I have had. The trout was flakey and delicious and flavorful. Everything we tried was so light and healthy tasting and fresh. I have never had better carrots than the rainbow carrots. Even the desserts were amazing. I would recommend the food, staff and restaurant to anyone looking for a decent price on a fresh meal that has tons of flavors. This was one of our best dining experiences in a long time. Thank you so much to the staff!!

Weve dined here quite a few times (Plano location) ... not sure if it is the economy or if it management attention is elsewhere but it has declined a bit. (1) Server wasnt very knowledgeable in the menu. Made guesses about where/what things were and when I pressed him, did go and check and come back with corrected information... but if you didnt know you would just assume he knew (2) Dessert wines such as royal tokaji has dropped off the list. However, still a good place if you are in the neighborhood, want a good range of wines by the glass, dont mind being seated in the worst seat in the house (always happens with open table) and arent too concerned about sustainability of what you eat (Atlantic farm raised salmon! yuck!) Use the valet parking - it is slow, but much easier than trying to find a parking spot. If you use open table, be prepared they will sit you in the worst table in the house.

A very disappointing visit. We waited an hour an half and left without being seated. My first visit was in Chicago and we had splendid service. My expectation from the Plano location were even greater due to the wonderful experience in the Chicago location. Its unbelievable that in my own home town we couldnt receive adequate service. Whats more disappointing is that the Season 52 is the training facility. In this visit I was taking my mother for the first time talking about the wonderful experience I had in the season 52 in Chicago and It was disappointing that the high hopes that I had created for her left a unsatisfied impression. Is it sad to say but the best service we received was from the valet guy? Interesting to say that he was the one who apologized for the lack of professionalism and the valet company is in no way associated with Season 52.

Went here for my birthday with my boyfriend, made reservations for 2. Upon arriving, the hostess didnt realize we walked in the door, after standing and not be greeted for a moment she then looked up and greeted us, found our reservation and seated us. We were advised someone named Ashley would be with us. We literally sat there for 15 minutes, did not get greeted, did not get a glass of water, did not even have silverware. The restaurant was not busy and there was a handful of servers walking around, no one acknowledged us. When we got up to leave after realizing we were either invisible or not wanted, the hostess simply said, "Oh. Im sorry about that. Have a good night" and did not attempt to even rectify the situation. Would not recommend this place to anyone, poor customer service.

Superb restaurant! My wife and I tried it for the first time in celebration of our anniversary. The wait staff were great, very friendly and prompt. Our waiter, Brandon, knew our name from our reservation and asked if we were celebrating anything. We told him, he offered free champagne, we told him we were expecting a child and instead he gave us free dessert. The portions were modest and delicious. The ambiance was dark, quiet and relaxing with a pianist singing and playing behind the bar. Just before we left Brandon gave us a onesie with the Seasons 52 logo on the front and "Im a mini indulgence"on the back. Dinner for the two of us was $50 plus a huge tip. Needless to say, but well be returning.

I have mixed feelings about my experience on 11-21-15...1st and far most the valet are RACIST (One attendant deliberately made eye contact with my fiancé and I And proceeded to walk by our vehicle to help a Caucasian woman who arrived 5-7 mins after we arrived at the valet she also was on the incorrect side of the restaurant after dinner he later apologized for the ignorant decision-making with a horrible excuse of saying he was busy didnt realize which car came 1st...but if you ever attend this restaurant Jason is one amazing waiter and the manger Chris is a great man as well they both help save a great anniversary night

My wife and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary, and was it nice! Wonderful atmosphere. Wonderful food! Waiter was very professional and took good care (but not too much) of us. Wifes salmon and my filet mignon were both perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Will definitely come back! *Made reservation via web and indicated fact that it was our anniversary dinner. They actually read the comment and just after we were seated presented us with two complimentary glasses of champagne! Though teetotalers, we accepted the gift with thanks and took a sip (or two). Very impressed!

We chose this place for a special occasion and also for their vegetarian fare (for the wife). Between us, we ordered a couple of drinks, a flat bread appetizer, the vegetarian sampler and the lamb chops (skipped dessert). All dishes were mediocre, at best and lacking in flavor. I will give them points for presentation and the somewhat "casually-sophisticated ambiance" (lighting was so dim that servers had to use mini flashlights for patrons to read the menu) but, thats about it. Service was just about OK and everything was generally overpriced. Overall a disappointing experience.

Beautiful surroundings, fabulous ambience, and outstanding food - seasonal changes to the menu, so its not the same-old. Pricey, but good. They take reservations (recommended), have a valet (altho you can park a block away in the big public garage), and a good selection of wines. Plushy booths plus nice-sized tabletops in a sectional restaurant keeps the crowds from being overwhelming and one can have nice table conversations, even when its packed. Service has always been exceptional when Ive been there, another plus.

We have always enjoyed going. The atmosphere is great, food is wonderful, have always enjoyed their flat bread, but was there last Friday and the flat bread was so thin you cant even pick it up. We like thin crust but not so thin you cant even pick it up. My brother n law just called and said he was at the SEASONS 52 in Fort Lauderdale and is was so thin and soggy that he could not pick it up. I guess they are cutting back trying to make a few more bucks. If we go back we want be ordering flat bread.

From the time I called to make the reservation until the time we paid the check, my experience was truly outstanding. From the service to the food to the wine, everything was just perfect. It was a really nice touch to receive a gift from the chef for our anniversary, and the handwritten card was just service excellence. The free dessert was just icing on the cake, no pun intended. These guys are setting a new standard, one that we will enjoy over and over and over again as time goes.
