We walk in 9:50pm today July 28. I know it is mean to do but my grandma had just gotten out of the hospital and was craving a Subway, so I thought we could make it. We walk through the doors literally at 9:50pm. Some hood rat lady (dont know her name but she has covered in tattoos) yells out "Really!?" as we walk in. There was a guy already there ordering 2 sandwiches, so we have another guy do my grandmas. Another guy walks in at 9:56pm and hood rat yells "Ima have to beat yall up tonight ..blah blah... Ima lock yall in here if yall are not out of here by 10". What kind of customer service is this??? P.S toaster was broken too.

I’m kind of in the middle of the road when it comes to getting things done with Subway. I mean, the sandwiches are good and all, but what’s up with the frowning faces? This is a job market, and this is a place that I pay decent money to eat at. Even though your grilled chicken is good, your sense or urgency leaves a lot to be desired. Meh.
