Worst experience at a fast food restaurant! The woman didnt understand how the coupon worked and argued with me about using it until the manager came over and told her that she was wrong and that I could use it. Then she charged me for an extra sandwich and extra chips and argued with me for 5 minutes about the pricing and refusing to correct it! I had a notepad and pen and had a total before she did! She said I could look at the receipt after I paid!!! I told her something was wrong but she REFUSED to let me see her screen. So I paid with a credit card and showed her the receipt and where she overcharged me and she just kept a smug look on her face and kept shaking her head "no" until finally I made check marks by the sandwiches so she would have to acknowledge her mistake. She practically shoved the refund in my hand, no apology AT ALL, and went to the next customer. I was so mad I didnt scrutinize the receipt until I got home and saw the extra bag of chips she charged me for! Ive tried to call today, 4 times and THEY WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Horrible! We wont go back!

Has gone from average to below average for a Subway. They are supposed to be open until 10 p.m. but they start turning customers away at 9 p.m. If you want tea, you need to be there before sundown. I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments. Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board. Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover. It is critical to have really good managers on site. If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance. Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast food business.

customer service was horrible: i had a grilled chicken that looked under-cooked. the employee wouldnt re-make my sandwich. after a bit of arguing, he finally agreed, but told me to go stand at the back of the line (10 people).
