I usually never take the time to write reviews neither positive or negative but today I felt so offended that I will take the time hoping someone corrects this person and don’t let certain attitudes hurt a business. Today I had a very limited time for lunch so I place an order online since 10am to be picked up at 12pm (restaurant opens at 11 so I figure that was going to be enough time for them to have it ready on time) got to the restaurant a little past 12 and patiently waited in line until they were ready to help me and my friend. The lady at the cash register prints our receipts and asked if we could wait. At 12:25 we ask to talk to the manager but they “miraculously” brought our order in that moment, as we are checking the order we found out one of the orders was wrong so at this time we ask for the manager again (she didnt show up the first time) then Angie Aranda the manager of the branch in Mesquite TX walks out of the kitchen already with a horrible attitude asking what was wrong, once my friend explained the situation and requested the refund of her money Angie Aranda instead of apologizing or showing a little respect for her upset customers threw the meal to the garbage and was very rude to us. I like the food and the atmosphere of the venue but thanks to this person neither me or any of my friends will go back to this particular restaurant. If you place an order online and request a certain time for that order to be ready DON’T count on punctuality and if for any reason you need to talk to the manager good luck on that one….until this “manager” learns the definition of customer service I am pretty sure we are not the first people she as mistreated and definitely we won’t be the last ones either.

Ate here Monday around 8 PM. Ordered take out online, the order was to be done at 8:20, I arrived at 8:13 and my meal was ready and staff was friendly- off to a good start! But it didnt last long; After I reached my friends car, we hungrily tore open one of our $10.59 "medium" portions of wings(12 total) and began to try them... *BITE* *CRUNCH*...the taste of overcooked or over-heatlamped chicken.. While the flavorings were nice, the chicken wasnt tender- it was dry. The fries however, were pretty good. I did however eat here before and it was nice. Again, the staff was friendly and unlike tonight the food was fresh and tasty. Bottom line: If youre thinking of buying to-go from here, be sure to check your food before you leave as you may be getting junk. You may also want to consider wingstop which is close by and has been excellent every time. Also: While checking their website just now to confirm pricing, I noticed discounted wings on Tuesday, something which wasnt obvious before checking their website or by googling... Guess thats a reminder to call wherever youre going to check on specials just in case.

I normally dont post a bad review on google but hear me out. We waited 1 hr and 12 minutes for our 18 wings, 14 asian zing, 4 hot "extra wet" It came out extra dry I asked for rework on my wings becuz it is very dry, and the waitress didnt even say anything amd took the wings away without any apologies. After that it came out 6 hits and 12 asian zings in all same kinda wings(tip of the wing iguess) I was trying to ask what happened to 2 other asian zings, did u guys recoated with hot sauce? But she didnt let me talk and told me "ok you want to talk to the manager?" I was speechless becuz i just wanted to get what im paying for and she brought up manager, and again no apologies. I said yes Manager then came and didnt say single word to me and dropped 3 puny extra wings. I thought he came to talk to me not dropping off 3 extra wings? Btw they were tiny and dry. Its really unfortunate that i can give no less then 1 star.

If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR I would TERRIBLE SERVICE!!STAY AWAY Friday night No Host to sign you in for 10 mins. It was semi pack but tables were available. Just not cleaned. You have to waiters or waitresses but none are around to serve you. Our appetizers were cold and took about a hour for Cold Food to come out. Oh and did I tell you about the waiters and waitresses hangout table with friends? They were too busy socializing with they friends to attend paying customers!! They were eating sitting laughing drinking soft drinks.well basically having dinner and hanging out with them instead of working. Place was dirty and the One waitress that was trying to work decided to sweep by our table when we finally got our food. Horrible horrible service. WIll Never Come Back To This Location Again!!!!!!! And will advise others and family and friends not to as well!!!!!!!!

Saturday horrible service we had a female waitress dont know her name. Gave us our food no napkins and never came back to see if we needed anything. I had to flag down 2 other person for napkins and thy said thy would tell yhe waitress..nothing. them dee a waiter xame over got our drinks refilled napkins and our dips. We never ever ever complain..but the waitet were all talking dancing and chit chatting and didnt even care about the customers. Mr dee is awesome he knew we were mad about our situagion and keep lookin our way. The manager wa called and i told that our waitress was actually training ? She dont need to train no one. The manager nevet apologized..told him everyone was dancing and playing and talkinv while we waiting. Mr. Dee was actually going above and beyond. We left no tip for her..we never done this before...

Being told this location is no longer participating in half price traditional wing Tuesdays, just dont want anyone else to be caught by surprise like we were. Walk in the door and the music is loud enough you cant hear the hostess talk. Atleast 9 servers on shift with 20 tables occupied, theres a wait, hostess took our names without telling us there was a wait or how long it would be. 10 minute wait at the table before somebody bothered to take our drink order. Order was placed at 10:15 pm food got here at 10:50 pm. Order was 2 medium orders of traditional wings a order of fries and an order of buffalo chips with buffalo powder, carrots & celery with ranch. Food came out, wings were correct, we got 3 orders of fries no chips no celery & carrots and no ranch. Also no napkins.

I walked in with my family of 6 +baby and the hostess acted as if shed never seated a table with 6 ppl and a baby. My husband told her something and she wanted to have an attitude and cut her eyes. There were literally 7 visible tables available and we waited for 10 minutes, just to be seated in one of the 7 exact vacant tables!!! Then as always the menus are sticky, dirty and have stuck on food, which disgusts me! Our table was wobbly. This place may be newly renovated but it still stinks and has crappy hosts! Only here bc of birthday request. Plus their food is mediocre. Prefer Wings over Seagoville! 2 stars bc our waiter was very attentive and it has tablets for my toddler.
