The Staff at the Pharmacy in Brookshire Brothers is pathetic. My husband went to pick up his prescription and had me on the phone because I was the one who called the pharmacy to have his medicine transferred. We were not talking, he just had me on the phone in case they had any questions. The lady that was there told him "you will not be helped until you get off of the phone." He instantly hung up and was instructed to move to the end of the line. He was there to get his heart medication and on his lunch break from work. He respected her wishes and hung up but refusing to help him until he went to the end of line was pathetic. You will never receive a smile or any kind of hospitality from these people. Seriously, if they dont like their jobs I am sure there are people that would treat their customers with respect looking for a good job.

Overpriced. Produce section is a joke, most of it was LONG past time to pull off the shelf. Employees are rude, and have no idea what customer service is. The store stinks, literally, it smells like dirty water. The cashier was texting on her phone instead of paying attention to the customers. Never Again will I shop here, total bullshit experience.

Cash checks...forget about it. If its not a business in mcgregor or you have an i.d from mcgregor they wont bulge?! Thats cool and all for residents. But Im sure they dont discriminate against out of town folk shopping and spending their money with them. Imagine us saying I dont spend my money with stores outside my neighborhood.

Its on my way home. Would not shop there if it wasnt. Way over priced compared to other stores. Was standing behind a woman checking out and the cashier was on the phone talking to her kids. Very unprofessional.
