I really wanted to boast about this place, BUT the longer we were here the stars reduced. Service was only good,until night service took over, with a few bright exceptions that stopped by to ask if we needed anything (looked like management). Oh, and menus have never been cleaned or havent been in at least 6 months...so sticky/gross (had to clean myself with alcohol prep pads)! HOWEVER, the food is excellent and movie screen for watching game is great. We had wings, mozzarella sticks and burger...Super Yummy and filling (only complaint, veggie sticks were bottom of the barrel old). Drinks are good, but bar easily gets in the weeds. Oh yeah, drink menu...some drinks "are out of season" and others they flat out dont serve any more. Its like Bar Rescue gave them a specialty drink menu and theyve let it go. Also disappointed by the lack of effort made to take away empty plates (had to put on empty table next to us). Seriously, dont write them off. Worth trying yourself and seeing if you have a different experience all together. Just hoping the band that is setting up doesnt suck or we are finding another place to hang after the playoff football game. PS. Waiter called my girlfriend...Sir twice.

This place was horrible. Went there on a Friday and there was hardly anyone there. Sat out on the patio and our waitress took our order. Not impressed with the menu. I ordered a beer and our food. Waitress brought out my beer and it was half foam for a $4.50 glass of beer. Rather than taking it back, she said " I dont know what happened with all this foam...this has never happened before." Than we received our food, but we had no silverware, no salt and pepper, no nothing. My salad was mediocre at best...for $10.95 for a salad I expected something much better. My husband had ordered the shrimp platter with fried shrimp and steamed veggies. The fried shrimp was cold and the steamed veggies were ice cold. I had also ordered some buffalo wings and fries to take home to my daughter. We received the buffalo wings but she forgot the fries. So we had to wait for that. Overall, not a good experience and we definitely wont be back. I give them six months and they will be out of business.

My wife and I finally got a chance for a date and we decided to give Draft House a try. By the name I was expecting a decent selection of beers on tap but I was wrong. Twelve. Thats all they have (unless you count the ones in bottles). The waitress that greet us was very friendly. We sat at the bar and the 2 male bartenders completely ignored us. One of them even took the order of a girl that stood beside me. If the place was full I would not mind but the place was dead last night! Dead. In short, I hope their actions was because they were absent minded and not because of our race (from what I could observe, we were the only Hispanics in the bar). Sorry but we will not be going again!

This was the first time trying out this establishment last night because we live in the area. Well service was not that great it took us about 20 minutes to get drinks. The bartender and server were sitting around talking to people and not really tending to anyone else in the bar like they should have. I didnt feel comfortable ordering a lot of food so I ordered two appetizers and the mushrooms were pretty good. My husbands sandwhich was good also as stated by him. Usually when you walk in somewhere and its empty you question it but usually we try it anyway. Well we walked away with bad service but the food was decent. Lets just say we will not be going back due to the service.

We used to enjoy this place & would play pool here. They pay no attention to the patrons that are ruining the tables by putting drinks on them & just dont care.. Their sewer lines & bathrooms stink something awful into the entire establishment some days better/worse than others. The food was always the surprisingly great part and we often came excited just for that. It had been a while since we frequented here and then the last 2 times we went the food was completely unimpressive. The fish & chips used to be great but this last time I actually didnt even finish my food and I never do that! Stuffed mushrooms were still great though

Went in to check out the place and was quickly greeted by a smiling face and was asked what we wanted to drink. Less than a minute later our drinks were in front of us. We ordered the fried mushroom appetizer and they didnt take any time at all to get to us. There was several different sports shows on and the volume was at a good level. (We could still have a conversation without having to yell). We didnt order a main course because we were meeting some friends for dinner later but what we had was great! I will definitely go back!

We came to this Bar to play pool..The table we played on looked like something was butchered on the felt. The pool tables are way to close together and some of the tables are as well. The service was mediocre . We had about a 10 to 15 minute wait per beer we ordered. The staff was friendly. The food was typical bar food. Frozen junk either deep fried or microwaved. I think I saw about 12+ beers on tap. Nothing crazy. We didnt have a bad experience but it wasnt good enough for us to ever come back.

Been going there for a year. They have gone through some changes. In the beginning it was great. Now the food has been consistent all along. The service has been up and down. Now under new owership things are startingnto turn around. I met one of the new owners Carlos you can talk to him and he listens. The manager Josh Ive known for awhile, good man. I do like Friday nights karaoke, with DJ Dream real good . Good luck Carlos.

I LOVE IT HERE.... always a good time, Always welcoming and before you sit down the bartenders say hi to you. Yall keep up the good work- only tip Need music outside I have only had their wings... HOLY MOLY they are big- lots of meat and just dang good. I will be back here!... well came back. . There is music out side ♡♡♡ good job guys and gals

Ive been here a few times. Usually for happy hour drinks and maybe split an appetizer with friends. The food and service has always been good and the place is clean and comfortable. Ive never been here late at night when it is busier, but have always had a good experience in the afternoon/evening.

Sat for 20 mins waiting for Service in what felt more like the DMV with a bar than anything close to a respectable restaurant. Actually felt dirty after walking out with even the slightest acknowledgement from what was there of a staff. Save your time if you are looking for an actual restaurant..

Went to the Drafthouse Bar and Grill for the 1st time and Customer service was excellent. We got the Asian Glaze and Mild Buffalo Wings to go and they were excellent and huge too. Much better than their competitors no flavor skinny wings. We will order again.
