The place is always packed so I order ahead via the app. They have gotten my order wrong twice. So this last time I called in and let them know about their mistake. The young lady on the phone was very apologetic about the situation. She informed me that the next time I come in my order would be complimentary. She said just tell them your name is in the book. So today I went in to get my order only to be told my name wasnt in the book. Some guy who I assume is a manager asked me what was the young ladies name. I informed him that I didnt recall her name. He then stated that they have no female managers. I never stated that she was a manager. So he fumbled around as if he was looking for a book. Which I found to be strange, since he disappeared to the back previously. I thought he was going to look in the book for my name then. So he ended telling me he was going to do it this time. But next time make sure I get a name. Really? As if youre doing me a favor. Your establishment screwed up my order to begin with. I want be returning even though they are conveniently located near my home. I rather take my business elsewhere. So make sure if they screw your food up. And you decide to call in you take notes. Otherwise they may not do you the favor of fixing their mistake

I go to Chipotle at least once a week at a variety of locations. This location is the worst. Ive emailed corporate about it before but nothing has improved. 1. Theres always a line and it moves slowly, even during non peak hours. Thats mostly because even though there are 7-8 visible employees, most of them are socializing or staring into space. There may be 1-2 employees actively engaged at any given time. Other locations are far more efficient. 2. So whats the solution for a line? Online ordering you might say! Good luck. Pickup times are usually an hour+ away, unlike other locations that offer 20min intervals. Even when you give them more than an hour to make your food, its still usually not ready when you arrive. Once my order was missing a side of salsa, when notified, an employee ladled some salsa into a cup, but then proceeded to use it to play "keep away" in an attempt to flirt with the cashier. 3. In spite of having a lot of employees standing around, tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. Most tables that are dirty when you walk in, will still be dirty 30 minutes later. Get it together! This location is sub par.

Worst Chipotle ever. The service sucks and it takes forever to get your food. The workers are super slow, I mean snail slow and they have the worst attitudes. I hate coming here, the only reason I stop here occasionally is because I work 10 minutes away from this Chipotle. I started ordering online to avoid the lines, but it didnt make a difference. I came 40 minutes after I placed my order, to pick up my food, and the worker said she didnt have my order ready yet. It took the worker 10 minutes to tell someone to make my food and even after that, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be made. I decided to give this Chipotle another try and ordered online again. I came inside to pick up my order and went to the cash register. The lady ignored me and helped four customers before she asked me what did I want. Once she saw that I was frustrated, she finally asked me what did I need after 15 minutes of me waiting for help. That was my last visit at that Chipotle. Now I drive 35 minutes to the Chipotle in Mansfield, TX. Its a longer drive, but it is worth it! Trust me!

Theres been too many occasions where I come here and they are out of something. The last time they were out of both white and brown rice and there was a 10 minute wait. Before that they were out of steak. Before that, I was getting a veggie bowl for my girl and they were out of the peppers & onions. Another time they were out of the black beans and on the last of the pinto. They need to manage their stock better and stay on top of that. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the customer service from the people working the line has always been great, I cant lie. But usually the cashier sucks and hardly ever says thank you or anything. I only come here when my girl craves it, otherwise I wouldnt come because the food is not worth the long wait in line at all!

I went in Chipotle first thing they tell me is there out of guacamole its one of the reasons why I went in havent been in there in a long while .. And then the people that are working are complaining about their pain and theyre glad to be closing soon and the crew was not very professional about thier jobs and I guess they were looking for some sympathy from the customers ... I work in the food industry and have for 30 years and we are not allowed to talk like that and I dont think anybody else should , if the job is that bad enough for them to complain like that maybe somebody should take it to higher up and get something done about it, the store wasnt very clean and I dont know if Ill be back it was the Chipotle store in Cedar Hill ,Texas

This is the WORST Chipotle ever. Sadly its the 10 minutes from my house however I have to drive an additional 15 minutes to Grand Prairie to get Chipotle. They can never seem to keep ALL ingredients especially the grilled veggies on hand. So after standing in line for 30 mins then you find out dont have any of what you want. They always wait till they completely run out if things to start cooking more then get upset if you say youll wait. The servers that work the line are always slow and seem to be upset with working here, and hate for you to ask questions. You would think with all the bad press Chipotle has been getting lately that they would make sure their stores stay on point, but I guess they dont care.

The absolute worse location Ive ever been to and wont go back! The staff just sucks and is unlike any other Chipolte staff Ive seen in action. Here are the highlights from my experience on 5/22/14. First, it took 28 minutes to place order. Staff was talking and stopping from serving customers to talk to each other. I saw no hustle from the staff at any point in ordering. Second, no sweet tea and told the cashier twice and it was never filled. She didnt care either way if the customer was happy. Third, multiple tables stayed dirty the whole 50 minutes myself and family were at the restaurant. So avoid this location and drive the 20 minutes to Mansfield for the Chipolte staff youre use to.

I love Chipotle and eat at Chipotle several times a week at locations around the Dallas area. The Cedar Hill location is, by far, the slowest and least friendly location I have visited so far. Each time I go I am reminded of this fact. Out of the 4 times Ive visited over the past few months, the lines always move astronomically slow, they have been out of at least one choice of meat each time, and the employees are much less friendly than I am accustomed to from Chipotle. As a whole, I support the company and love Chipotle in many ways, but visiting the Cedar Hill location is not a good representation of the normal customer service standards of Chipotle, unfortunately.
