So let me start off by saying this was my first ,and last time coming to this resturant. I was invited here on a special occasion to celebrate a family members birthday, and I will say I had no issues throughout my whole dinner till I came across a young lady who seemed to not care about her job ,or the health of any customers she was serving. As I was trying to enjoy my meal I couldnt help but look at one of the employees who I believe worked in the tortilla section watching how they made fresh tortillas for the customers, and amazed at what they do till I happen to see something that made me very disgusted! As I see her call out all the employees and management to the tortilla stand to go wish a table a happy birthday I see her go grab a cake from the back that I assume the table purchased themselves, and what I seen this lady do was run her finger across the top and multiple times on the side , licking and enjoying the icing on the cake till she seen me look at her she just turned away . Even while management, and employees looked at what she did not one of them bothered to say anything to her or the table that was about to eat it! I watched kids and adults eat this nasty cake that had this womens hands all over it. And not just that after 20 mins go by this women had the audacity to do something else but this time with a brownie sundae! Seriously what kind of worker is this, she put the brownie on the plate put one scoop of ice cream on top ran her dirty finger again through the top of the ice cream and just put another scoop over the first one to cover her finger mark, then took it herself to the table. I couldnt even discuss any of this with the management there after they seen her do it ,and not say one word! Well I thought that was enough till I seen one more thing that really had me more upset than ever! This lady was packing up what I believe was " pico de gallo" for someone at a table and while she was trying to put in the cup dropped half of it on the floor and what does she do grab a plate scoop it on there and put it in the cup for the customer. Never have I seen such disgusting behavior before, I will be letting everyone that I know who comes to this resturant about my visit and how poorly the business and employees are. I really hope everyone could realize what kind of business they have running here, and the fact that health is not a major concern to any of them. And just outrageous how out of the 3 waitresses I asked for the ladys name nobody knew. I hope everyone made time to read this to see how horrible this place really is!5-15-16 8:50pm

Restaurant service has been slow all 12 times Ive been here. Servers and Waiters can only do so much... THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS A COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL. Last straw was today when I reserved a table for 22 for 7:30 pm and when we were seated we were given 18 chairs (restaurant was at 50% capacity). When I asked why, I was told by the MANAGER that they did that because they always underestimate customer requests. 7:30. Party arrives, no table set. 7:45 Guided to table / not enough chairs set, waiting for manager to figure out how to run restaurant. 8:30 pm, Weve been sitting down for one hour and drinks finally came out. I will update later on this year when food arrives. 8:50 pm First Kids nuggets arrives. 4 more kids meals missing. 8:57 pm other kids meals arrive 9:02 pm first Adult meal arrives 9:08 pm remainder of adult meals arrive (wait not all) 9:15 pm. Asked for remaining 2 meals, no idea. 9:20 pm. Waiter realizes the food is in the kitchen and goes and gets it (cold) 9:30 pm. Two hours after starting this trek we decided we will NEVER AGAIN eat at Los Cucos. Restaurant capacity is now 30%. Sad sad sad.

Today, My mom and me visited Los cucos . We sat down in a good mood. My mom asked the lady at the bar preparing the drinks what time happy hours was over. The lady responded about 10 mins . My mom said okay can I get a menu. We sat there for a minute and it seemed like she was looking at us with a attitude . She can with one salsa . My mom politely ask her for the green flavored salsa to which she replied with the nastiest attitude . I only have two hands. My mom couldnt believe she said that . So my mom said huh ? Thinking she may have misheard her again she repeats with the nastiest attitude . I said I only have two hands. Watching someone disrespect your mom in front of you is the most frustrating thing in the world. After that the lady still did not fix my mom drink after she ordered instead she went and started laughing with her co workers. My mom told the manager and the manager was very helpful but after that the damage was done. I will never every eat this establishment again . If this disrespectful lady still has a job there.

This past Saturday I reserved one of their party rooms for a dinner party for my wifes birthday! I cant begin to describe how amazing the service and the staff is to help put it together. They went above and beyond in every way possible. They also did a good job to insure everyone got their food and it was still hot even for those who got their late. The food was great and they even threw in some Chile con Queso for each table. They even helped us put up some of the decorations in the room and helped me connect my laptop to their TV. I want to give special recognition to the managers Norberto & Jaime who helped coordinate and also the waitress Carla who was incredible to work with! World-class service here at this restaurant. Each of the workers was servant-minded and ready to help us with whatever we needed. I feel like we formed a bond with the people there. I definitely will be booking another party at this location.

This place is creating fake crowded appearance by blocking all the parking that is available just behind the restaurant. They force to you valet park although there is plenty parking on common parking lot. They went so far that warning signs are posted everywhere and parking security is tasked to prevent you from using any lot other than special Los Cucos valet. Nice job. If you like extortion. This is only possible if they are running a deal with property management and the towing car company. So, as I am concerned - Los Cucos, can go and los cucos its self and their valet parking rules. There is plenty Mx Restaurants just few blocks down. I can get my chips and salsa without having to worry to get my car towed. And quite frankly if you think you need to valet park when you go to mx cantina, you should reconsider your life choices.

My family and I have gone here 3 times and all twice weve had a horrible experience. The wait time to even get drinks is ridiculously long, their employees will just walk by you and not even, out of courtesy, ask if youve had drinks brought out to you. Went there today and the waiter took forever to get our drink order, our food took forever to come out. I ordered a very berry margarita that tasted awful, once I sent it back the waiter and manager instead of going to the back to discuss the issue stood there looking back at our table murmurring and smirking amongst themselves. To end it up the waiter charges himself an 18% gratuity which i feel he did not deserve seeing as that we saw him come by our table a total of 4 times. Horrible place to go eat. Would not reccomend to anybody.
