I enjoy coming to la Madeline with my family great food i love the pesto pasta and paella I have referred all my coworkers to this location to come try it out I buy cakes from them all the time and bring it to my work and everyone just loves it! They actually have gone now and have now got my district manager of the company to get catering for our meetings. And let me say I have been coming here for years now and I can really say the management has really improved over the years, This new team goes out of their way to attend me all the time wonderful friendly service, management is always reaching out and participating in helping their employees and customers. This one young gentleman looks about hispanic with beard that I see almost all the time goes above and beyond doing many things at once. Something i dont always see at a restaurant! Great food great atmosphere wonderful service me my family and my company at work will definitely still be coming for these reasons!

Not discussing their food, La Madeline Kingwood TX treats their staff like garbage. My son was owed 3 weeks pay yet La Madeline waned him to continue to come into work for free, yet he showed up every time he was scheduled to do so, worked hard YET without pay. When he told La Madeline Kingwood, TX he would come back to work once he got paid, he was then fired. If this were to happen elsewhere besides Texas, La Madeline would have been fined for every day my son didnt get paid. This is based on principle and hope you also would do the same when supporting a business and its employees too.

Such great service, could not say anyting but nice things for this location. They have such a nice and friendly staff. I really like the extra care and respect that they give to senior citizens. Not to mention that the food is always delicious and I always leave satisfied. It is a great place to enjoy a nice bite to eat. I can say that it is one of my personal favorite places to eat in the Kingwood area by far.

I went with my hubby in the evening. Ithe floor was very derty,it was bad, the minute you go in, the smell hits you on the face. The person who was moping the floor was only wetting it,not cleaning. There was no spoons for coffee, only supe spoons. Its really sad, we have been comming to this place for 14 years, to see it how management have not been doing there job keeping it presentable and clean.

This place is over the top French themed, but not authentic by any measure. The bathrooms are not clean. Its cafeteria style, but it wasnt clear if I should bus my own table or not. Many of the tables where dirty. It was busy while I was there, but not slammed. It might be better when less busy. I wont go back to find out. Food quality was passable at best.

Went to take my mom for a late lunch here and was greeted by an incompetent young staff with an attitude. We asked a simple question regarding the duet magnifigue menu item and they were clueless. It didnt help the cashier taking the order had an attitude and unhelpful. We ended up just canceling the order and going to eat somewhere else

The service here is horrible! Waited in "line" to order (there was no one in front of us or behind us) and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. It wasnt until we were walking out that someone tried to help us. Past visits here have never been that good at best. This was definitely our last try at this location.

I have ate this location a few times. Drinking Glasses are always dirty.. long wait in line. The last time I Went during lunch time . They were out of bowls for soup.. only had cups. Ordered french onion soup, they were out of croutons. . Went to get a refill of tea and it was empty. Three strikes .. Im done !!

I feel like Ive had better salads at McDonalds! Lettuce looks like it was frozen and I actually saw the woman who put my order together LICK HER FINGERS when she was getting my dressing. Needless to say I havent touched the dressing. Dont need it; the salad is going in the trash!

Horrible! This place has really went down hill! It was our favorite place for Eggs Benedict now we drive 30 miles to get a better breakfast, much cleaner enviroment and better service.... P.S Check your coffee and water cups they tend to be dirty....gross

Food was good, as was the coffee. The staff was very friendly. It was however, very dirty. Cups were dirty. All around the coffee bar its very dirty. Just wish they would give it a good clean. Makes me wonder what happens when the lights go off.

The breakfast and croissant is good! The coffee is descent but I do like that you can refill without lining up again. The egg Benny is my favorite with an added croissant makes a perfect breakfast!

My wife and I like their soup and salid along with the bread. We have been in Kingwood for 35 years and enjoy eating here. On cool nights we stop in for coffee and a pastry by the fireplace.

This is a great place for food when you dont feel like cooking. Its easy and has good food options that always taste great. Just be prepared for a wait as it can get busy during peak times.
