The only thing my nephew asked me for his graduation party was to bring an Italian Cream Cake. We called Elite Treats and asked if they made an Italian Cream Cake and they said "Yes" so we placed our order for a half sheet cake. Unfortunately what we cut into on the day of the event was not an Italian Cream Cake...not even close. We had a two layer white cake with cream cheese and pecan filling (not even any coconut). Also, their decoration and lettering on the cake was not what I would exactly call professional quality. The thing is that I knew when I picked up the cake that it did not look like an Italian Cream Cake and I questioned them that day and they said "Yes...its Italian Cream Cake on the inside"...I assumed he meant the actual cake layers. For the price we paid we could have purchased a very similar cake from Kroger or Sams for half the price! My complaint is more with the managers lack of response to my phone calls and messages left with the staff on the following business day. So, I drove to the business and once again left a personal message with the staff to have the manager contact me to discuss the issue and I have yet to hear back from him. When I was there the lady behind the counter told me they dont even offer an Italian Cream Cake...they only make a white cake with Italian Cream Frosting only and she showed me one they had in the glass case....which again did not resemble the cake I received. There is nothing they can do now to make it right. This is more about customer service, pride in the product you sell, and ultimately your client satisfaction. However, not even taking the time to return my calls or message shows lack of caring and concern. We will never order from this location again due to poor customer service more than the disappointment and expense of the cake itself.

Last week, I ordered and prepaid for a birthday cake at Elite Treats for a very special friend. The reason I ordered an Elite Treat cake is because their cakes are AWESOME! However, on Monday when I went to pick up the cake, I was running a bit late with traffic and bad weather. I arrived at the store to find it CLOSED. Apparently on Mondays they close at 5 not 6. I was pretty upset to arrive at a resturant for a birthday party with NO CAKE for my special friend. I called Elite Treats this morning and spoke to a man who was quite rude to me on the phone. He did finally admit someone should have called me yesterday to see why I had not picked up the cake. If that had happened, I feel sure they would have waited a few extra minutes for me to arrive (I got there at 5:15). I think they are going to refund my money. That is good. The birthday party with no cake sucked though. Maybe there are enough of you guys buying cakes that they just do not need my business. Sad.

My wife and I did a sampling at Elite Treats because we were looking for a simple three-tiered cake for our wedding reception. The cake tasted fine but the customer service was poor. It seemed as though they were a bit disinterested in designing a cake that we wanted and were more about a cake that was cheaper and easier to make. They wanted to charge us double for adding a small strip of fondant around the bottom because they "hate dealing with it". We left the tasting a bit put off by their lackluster customer service. We went to Cake Walk Bakery down the street and had all our needs met!

I went there for a quick treat, and I walked in and the woman in the front of the store would not get off her phone or acknowledge me. Even while I was ordering and speaking to her, she would not look at me!! I ordered a couple cookies and a cannoli... the cannoli is quite literally frozen solid. I couldnt bite into at all.for $4 I would hope I could eat it when I wanted, not wait for it to thaw. Unprofessional and poor serving.

We ordered a graduation cake from Elite treats a few years ago and got the chocolate raspberry/chocolate ganache cake and it was awesome! Everyone wanted to know where the cake was from. The graduation design was simple, nothing impressive, but we didnt request anything fancy so we didnt expect it. We are ordering for another party soon and will be trying a different flavor combo and floral design. So excited!

After growing up in Paris and Switzerland I did not think I would be able to find the same quality pastries and cakes in America and I was proven wrong by the lovely people at Elite Treats. They designed my December wedding cake just as I asked, with chocolate snowflakes adorning the icing. Simply divine, and 250 other people at my wedding agree. Thank you for making our day so wonderful.

We ordered 4 dozen cupcakes for a birthday party. They were phenomenal! We ordered vanilla, red velvet, carrot cake and german chocolate. Each had a different flavor as filling. They were all delicious. The vanilla filled with a white chocolate mouse was my favorite. Elite Treats did a fantastic job. I will definitely return to them for all our future dessert needs!!

The worst cupcake Ive ever had. Ever. I didnt even finish it, and considering it was $3.00 for such a tiny cupcake, thats saying something. It was dense, yet dry - and somehow salty. Generally terrible. I should have run out when the woman behind the counter told me the chocolate-dipped strawberries were $3.00 EACH. Are you KIDDING me?! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I used Elite Treats as the bakery for my wedding cake, and I was so impressed. The cake was gorgeous, so much better than I could have even imagined. And when it comes to taste it was delicious!!! They were so patient with my mom and I when we went in to taste the different cakes. Definitely a find and this is now my go to place for cakes.

The most delicious cakes and cupcakes Ive ever eaten. I ordered my wedding cake from them, and even the DJ and caterer were saying it was the best wedding cake theyd ever had! That says a lot coming from people who do so many weddings. I love this bakery and I will continue to order from them every time I get a chance!

I cant believe this bakery gets such high marks. They goofed on the order form and didnt have my wedding cake ready the day of pickup, and the substitute was gaudy and dry. Dont risk your wedding day on this place; theyre rude & disorganized, and there are tons of other bakeries worth giving your business to.

This family owned bakery has been in business for years and its because they always get it right... from taste to customer service. Everything I have had from Elite Treats has been wonderful - from cookies to custom made cakes. The chocolate mouse cake with chocolate shavings is my absolute favorite.

They did an awesome job on a beautiful strawberry bavarian cake for me- I was calling from out of town, and the girl that took my order completely captured my vision, which was pretty detailed. When I picked up the cake the next day, it was perfect. As for how it tasted--the guests raved about it!
