Horrible service. STAY AWAY! I went here for my birthday dinner on 12/6/2015, and they MAKE you sign a paper for tables over 8 that you have to pay 18% gratuity per individual check! This would of been okay if the service was top notch. IT WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE. They placed a new girl who didnt even introduce herself to be our server of 15 people. They got our appetizers wrong, gave my friend his simple chicken tender order last after EVERYONE had already gotten their food and started eating, my sisters order was completely wrong. The server kept asking us what each one ordered. She took our order about 3 times even after we was done eating. Then all the manager wanted to do about it was give my sister and my friend their food free but what about everyone else with this bad ASS HELL SERVICE. The manager said he would take off our 18% tip off everyones check and allow us to tip what we want, I also asked for my paper back the I signed which he refused to give back. Then ON TOP OF ALL THAT, the manager said he couldnt take the 18% off our Check. I said so YOU MEAN TO TELL ME, that we have to tip excellent for horrible service, he said it sounds bad but there is nothing he can do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE bad customer service place. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING MY BIRTHDAY DINNER FOF NOT BEING A GREAY EXPERIANCE. This place doesnt even deserve one star

Came here for a friends bday celebration, staff told us there would be a wait of 20 min. We waited an hr. I personally came here along with my 3 kids (7,4, and 5 months).. My girls and I really love crawfish. I ordered cheese sticks for starters and crawfish as the main course.. mild wasnt really mild it was more like scorching hot. But whateva, we all had drinks to help us with washing down the food.. my girls ran OUT of their drinks and we NEVER got our refills! So my girls were hot with no drink.. How pathetic and useless service. What ticked me off the most was since it was my friends bday celebration and we all had SEPARATE tickets as a whole we were SUPPOSE to be charged gratuity as a whole NOT INDIVIDUALLY! This woman (Treanee Janae) who provided HORRIBLE service just made 18% gratuity from EACH person (not as a whole) which amounted at around $75 in JUST TIPS.. WHAT IN THE FLYING FK.. people if u want to be ripped off then BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE or to this particular wolfies period. It (service) SUCCCKKKKKSSSS so bad!

If you look closely at the pictures and zoom in you will notice the Crawfish had so much dirt on them crawfishes were not purged correctly the restrooms were very disgusting and there was only two waitress and one cook handling the whole facility when it was time to get my change back they decided to cut me short $0.95 the waitress thought she was going to keep my money when I took my girls to the restroom the restrooms were so disgusting the place is falling apart there is mold on the AC vents the kitchen has cabinets that are falling off hanging by strings the owner really needs to put his time and effort in fixing the place .Instead of the owner buying so many TVs he needs to invest money in fixing up this place there were so many customers not getting their food on time , and a lot of customers getting upset the waitress ended up giving my children a large cup instead of small cups this place is a mess I do not recommend anyone to go there this place has gone down!!

Drove this place many times, and decided to stop in. We wanted a place we could sit outside and also be able to keep an eye on the bike. Noticed on the way in all the signs with rules.. Noticed more signs about being prosecuted if you walked out on your bill. I am thinking "whats that all about" ? I soon found out !!! We just wanted a place to have a beer and a sandwich. Checked the menu and could not find beverage prices. Asked a waitress about their prices, and she could not tell me. We had to have someone else come by to give us the beer prices. 6.50- 8.50 a BEER for domestic ! !! No wonder they have people walking out on the bill.. Its a small roadside restaurant , not a New York high-powered night club.. I did not appreciate the wait staff being evasive about the price of simple beer in this place. Could you imagine if I drank 3 beers and had to pay the bill?? BE FOREWARNED, this place is not honest. They do not publish prices, and expect the unwary to pay them !

SO NOT WORTH THE WAIT TIME!!! I went on a Friday at 8:30 a 45 minute wait time which I understand busy dinner time. Sat down waited for the waitress to finally acknowledge us about 10 mins later she took our order and drink order. It took OVER 30 mins for her to bring me my margarita then to tell me they were out of crab and crawfish. I ordered something else and brought me my food cold. I paid for my drinks and left. I gave it another chance on a Saturday when they were first opening to be sure they didnt run out of food. I was greeted with a 30 minute wait time while the hostesss and bartender mingled I made it to my table and two other tables were only seated!! I didnt understand why it took so long to be seated and then I finally got my crawfish and they were TINY extremely disappointing. Blue water down the street on 1960 offers better quality service, better quality crawfish, and cheaper! DONT waster you time!

These people have not been here in a while. Was there tonight. The first waitress was good. The server that brought our food was on her cell phone, got an attitude with me because she didnt want to interrupt her phone call to ask who got what plate of food. The BLT was so over cooked that it crumpled when my wife picked it up. Chicken sandwich bun was dough. Would have sent the food back but it took them 20 minutes to check on us because they were all at the bar hanging with some guys. By that time we had nibbled the fries and the meat out of the sandwiches. Then when we were done, after another 15-20 minutes of waiting, my wife went to the kitchen to ask someone if we could get our check. An hour and a half, $25 and still totally starved later we left, got on our bikes and went to Dennys for dinner. What a friggin joke and it used to be one of my favorite places to hang out!

upon entering it smells like bathroom which are located right at the entrance then there was no hostess so we had to seat our selves, then you couldnt tell who were waitresses or customers because there wait staff are young girls dressed in short shorts, once i figured out who the workers were to get service after we got our drinks they were all huddled in the corner chatting away. i asked for a refill which never came as i watched to girl pass me by several times once i got my food i was ready to leave but couldnt find my waitress to get my bill i asked another one and she couldnt find her either so we had to wait another 10 mins to get our bill so we could leave while listening to the ppl at the table next to us complain about getting there food before their drinks. HORRIBLE
