Please read and think this through before even thinking about walking through the front door of this establishment! Seriously the craziest and by far the absolute weirdest dining experience Ive ever experienced in my life. I was hosting a client and everything was going fine up until they brought our food out. My client ordered a cheeseburger and I had the fried (One piece) catfish basket. Hard the screw up a burger, so they got that one right, however they brought out pan seared trout over rice for me, so back to the kitchen my order went. No problem, it happens. 15 minutes later out comes my food and here is where things turned super awkward & weird. The fried catfish basket comes out with two filets instead of one, I think to myself, "That was nice of them to give an extra piece of fish for having us wait after getting the order wrong." Well 5 minutes into eating, our waitress comes over and says, "Im sorry but I got your order wrong". I looked at her puzzled and assured her that the order was correct, I had ordered the catfish basket and Im pretty sure this is catfish. She says, "No sir, Im sorry its wrong. You ordered the one piece basket and I brought you the two piece." Again, I look at her puzzled, shes surely just messing with us, right? WRONG! She lets me know that she was told by the kitchen manager that she needed to come back out and retrieve one of the fish filets. EXCUSE ME!?!? I begin looking around to see if there is a "Caught on Candid Camera" crew around somewhere, but this was really happening!!! Our waitress then with her bare hand reached onto my plate and took one of the fish filets, put it on a dirty appetizer plate we had already used, and walked it back into the kitchen to her kitchen manager. As I sat there shocked and not believing what had just happened, I was reassured by my client that Yes, that just happened! At this point we were done eating as we both lost our appetites on the spot. With questions in our heads ranging from what are their plans for the piece of fish she just took back to how often have they done this? Are they planning to reserve it to another customer? Why else would they come take it back to just throw it away? Nothing about what happened is making any sense at all. The Manager of this location brings us our check and only offers an apology for the kitchen managers "Mistake". We paid in full for everything, which I wasnt looking to be comped. Just wanted a logical explanation for what just happened. I wasnt mad, but more confused and completely crept out more than anything else. Needless to say neither myself or my client will ever return to a Twin Peaks. Were also making sure to spread the word to our family & friends to let them know as well. I would think more than twice, maybe three or four times before even considering walking into this place.

Terrible experience starting from the host stand to the end of the meal. After being greeted at the door, the hostesses just couldn’t seem to put us on the waitlist properly and were also unable to provide us with a time window of when they would seat us. We proceeded to the bar to get drinks while waiting, no acknowledgement from the bartender, eventually stop a different bartender for drinks. After getting seated, the server makes her way to us and does not bother to be hospitable in any way. She rushes us to order something and then leaves. Ended up waiting about twenty minutes for an appetizer while also waiting fifteen minutes for a new beer. Server eventually comes back to take our order for the entrees, food comes out after thirty minutes. Everyone that had modifications on the meal did not receive them. The food was cooked properly but was not delivered in time to which it came out close to room temperature. So disappointed in the overall experience, I asked the hostess to speak to a manager in which she responds to try to resolve my issue. As I begin to inform the manager of everything, he cuts it short before I could get a sentence out as if this isn’t something new to him. He offers to make adjustments on the check which is not what i was speaking to him for. In that situation, I would have prefer that he fix the issue with the server and the food. I go back to sit down and we ask for the checks. Server does not apologize for the mistakes, doesn’t offer a box and has an attitude specifically towards me at this point. The checks come out without the adjustments. Disappointed to see how much the level of service has dropped within a few months.

Ive been going here for a couple of years because I liked the place a lot until yesterday. My coworkers and I work a few blocks from here. Every now and then we will come up here and have a couple of drinks and food. Last night was just like any other night until we closed out our tabs at the table then we moved to the bar. One of my coworkers had asked for two shots the bartender replied "Yall have been cut off." And my coworker replied " oh well, ok?" A few other regulars were questioning as to why we were not being served or being cut off. Then a few minutes later. The manager went and grabbed the police officer to have him escort us out. She came up and told us. "Yall have been cut off and I will not tolerate anyone cursing out my bartenders!" We were all shocked because no one from our group had said anything vulgar, inappropriate, and/or disrespectful. As we are leaving because they have all the right to ask us to leave. People in the area that we are at were confused as to why we were asked to leave and a regular got upset and closed out and said it would take him a bit to comeback after seeing what happened. There was no reason as to why this happened or why that felt that we would ever disrespect anyone who is working at a place we like to go hang out at. Im very disappointed in the managerial staff and the bartenders for having some type of miscommunication. I will never be going back.

Been to this location many times and generally had good experience. But today was enough to write a negative review. Long story short, we had a group of 8 occupying two of the high circle tables side by side. The place was at most 30% busy. After one hour later our waitress tells us we have to all move because we were occupying one of the other waitress tables and we were preventing other customers for her. Now I can understand that argument if the place is packed for a ppv but this is at 5pm on Monday with literally 30% occupancy. So of course we paid our bill and left. The only other places where the workers behave this territorial over tables are strip clubs....which I guess most of these girls are striving to work for one day anyway so really I should not be surprised especially because like a strip club you have to valet park there during a happy hour. Anyway. Ive lost my intrigue to go there again and will hope a Bone Daddys opens next door one day.
