We went there Sunday night around 10:34pm-11-25pm. We got a sweet waitress Natalie.. We were seated quickly no wait really. She was fast with our drinks as well as patient as we looked over the menu. She was helpful when it came to items on the menu and explained each item. She was a great person. Thank you. Another great waiter is Dominic. Hes super friendly and funny. Although he wasnt our waiter he was working the table behind us. I noticed his tattoos. And being interested in them, I asked about them. Cant help it i love artwork especially on the body. Anyways we got to talking and hes a cool guy. He grabbed our drinks and did a refill. We told him we were okay but he was like I GOT YOU. When our food came out it was hot and delicious. Everything was well cooked and properly cooked. Natalie, was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. She as well refilled our drinks and made sure the food as great. At the end of our meal. We asked for to go boxes and the check. Our eyes said we were hungry but after ordering the ultimate appetizer. We filled up fast. I have to recommended it. Because the Mozzarella Sticks are perfect. Anyways..we got full so we took it home. My boyfriend paid the check.. And, Although Dominic wasnt our waiter i had to leave him a tip. Just because he was super friendly and funny. And made our night. So if you go to this location ask for Natalie or Dominic. They are great. Keep up the great work guys. Much love and respect.

AVOID this location for takeout! Seriously! Like the service in the restaurant, but they run 45-60 minutes for carry out. Dont order sides unless you want them cold and soggy. I think they box those up at the 10 minute mark. The last 2 out of 3 times they have left out orders of wings that I have called back to get credit for on a future order. Third times a charm, though, and I wont be making that mistake again. Reggie, the manager, has been really apologetic, and I cant blame him personally, except hes supposed to MANAGE the restaurant. I ordered at 6:40 on a Thursday knowing it was a football night and gave them an extra 15 minutes before I showed up to pick up. I then spent the next 25 minutes waiting at the counter before it arrived after being told it would be 10 minutes. The server assured me that the order was complete and I left to go home to discover I had been shorted 16 wings, my fries were like wet cardboard and the fried mushrooms were like boba tea bubbles. Id like to chalk it up to it being a football night (missed kickoff at home anyway because I was waiting on food) but weve ordered from here on Tuesday, Wednesday, Monday lunch, and its never been timely, correct, or satisfactory. Order #1010006 placed at 6:40 9/22/2016, ticket printed at 7:03, ticket cleared at 18 minutes, 3 seconds, delivered to the counter at 7:38.

This Kuykendahl location is one Ill never return to. The customer service was not good. They had two employees (actually 1.5) handling the phones, orders by phone, walk in orders, and seating customers. Im hoping theyre not always this understaffed. It was Labor Day weekend, so maybe the manager decided to short staff the weekend thinking they wont be busy as usual. I waited nearly 10 minutes before I was able to pay for my called-in to-go order and then I had to wait even longer before my food was ready. Mind you it took me probably 15 minutes to get there, so I expected my food to be ready when I arrived considering they were telling phone orders itll take 15 minutes - and the restaurant was probably less than half filled to capacity. The employee was obviously busy, and rude, along with her manager who was not helping to ensure the customers were waited on in a more timely manner. The customers before me appeared to be upset for having to wait so long. They were concerned their order wasnt right and when the employee had to go to the back to complete their order, they asked her "how long will that take?!" They appeared to be disorganized and frazzled all at the same time. I will continue going to the Tomball location.

BAD SERVICE All in all I like Buffalo Wild Wings. Ive ordered carryout twice now and the food was fine. However when we ordered carryout the second time we decided wed just stay there and eat instead. We sat in the bar area (which wasnt busy at all) and never received any sort of service. I got up and asked the bartender for a fork and she seemed very unhappy. After a conversation I overheard with the manager, one of the waitresses was irritated because people were calling in their order over the phone so it is ready by the time they get there to eat. The waitress was irritated because she assumed she wouldnt be getting a tip. I put 2 and 2 together and realized that the bartender probably thought we werent going to tip her and thats why she didnt wait on us. What I have to say to the wait staff-dont assume you wont get a tip if people call in their order ahead of time. I would have given you a tip, had you at the very least asked if we needed ANYTHING but you never even came to the table. To the people who order their food ahead of time-DONT FORGET TO TIP YOUR WAITRESS. That is how they make their money.

I went today for lunch with my kids. I asked for them to just put butter on plain wings for my daughter. The waitress said they dont do that; though I have been to countless other locations where they seem to do this without missing a beat. She said she would check with her manager and came back and said they cant do that; I asked to speak to the manager. He then said they dont have butter only butter oil whatever that is; he said they would use that. My food comes out not from my waitress but from the nice hostess that seated us. One of the orders was wrong which the hostess fixed quickly. I saw my waitress again much later after I asked her for more water as she walked by. My waitress was nowhere to be seen after that; I had to tracked down another waitress to get my check. My original waitress only arrived to bring back credit card and the slip to sign. Overall a bad experience from a chain I have frequented many times in Texas and around the country. I wont be back to this location.

This place is usually average at best. Absent-minded staff that generally pays no attention to detail. You will probably have to ask for silverware (which should be automatically delivered to the table when you order food). You will probably have to ask for refills. You will probably have to ask for anything you need (even when it is obvious that you will need it) No consistency in food preparation. Have had bartenders with pretty brutal BO and...The bartenders still havent figured out how to actually fill the entire glass with beer. Stick to bottles unless you like paying for a quarter of an inch of head underneath a quarter of an inch of empty space up to the rim of the glass. If any competition came to the area that had the slightest bit of quality and attention to detail - this place would be in trouble.
