I have been to this place 3 times First time with my hubby-loved it food was awesome and hookah was best and good customer service Second time again with hubby and daughter- i went there for hookah and loved it.. Third time with friends and kids-this time our experience was not good the same waitress (who is owners wife) was very rude to us. my friend(first timer) ordered a smoothie and she didnt like it so she requested an exchange to lemonade but instead that same waitress being rude argue that they never had any complains about smoothie and she cant do it but eventually she did and said the exchange is on her ..our first two experience was good but third one busted it all. And they have also changed the menu we have been to many hookah place where they have changed whole hookah (cafe layal) without saying anything. And request to owner if this place is not child friendly please place some sign in the front and let everyone know because we can tell that you were making faces because of our kids making noises and stuff even though i have seen owners children when i visited first two times in September and November 2015

Full disclosure: I come here every week. The reason for that is both convenience and its quiet. The reason its quiet though, is because the place is, for the most part, empty. Its not a hot and hip joint full of people with noise. I actually come here to grab a sheesha, normally put headphones on, and work on my laptop for whatever I need to do. I also come here to hang out with a friend as well. The reason for the three-stars is because you just dont really get that real authentic sheesha joint here. Something about it is off, and the bellydance they have every Saturday night is more of a nuisance than entertainment to be honest. I actually feel bad for the dancer herself as the clientele there are just not into that kind of stuff. The seats there are super comfortable though! I once spent 5 hours just doing work and was comfortable the whole time. Service is good and the owner is pretty chill and accommodating. The food is alright, but dont expect a superb Arabic dish there. Their fries are pretty damn good though.

We eat here about once a week (over 20 times).. The food is phenomenal, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.. A true hidden gem in Houston.. Hookah selection is superb.. Pricing is fair.. The decor and furnishing is top notch, it transports you halfway around the world, extravagantly spacious seating.. I recommend you experience this wonderful establishment.. Truly.. A great place

The quality of the shisha is top notch if you get a fruit head (highly recommend). Mango mint in an orange head is our favorite but double apple is good as well. The staff can be a bit stingy and youre going to have to pay for water but the atmosphere (provided they dont have any annoying entertainment which they usually dont) is well worth it.

The service provided today was not good. Waited for the order a lot even though the place was not crowded. Hummus was bitter. The other order was forgotten. Fyi - the gratitude was included into the bill already. The first time we came it was much better-the service and the food!

Went there for the first time last night for valentines day. The service was amazing! Havent had this good of an experience in a long time. We ordered the chicken shawarma and philly cheese steak. The shawarma was amazing and tasteful. Will definitely go back!

First time here and ordered the mix beef and chicken kabob. The beef was overcooked and hard and the chicken was okay not the best Ive had. The hookah was good and kept on refilling every 15-20 minutes. I wouldnt go back.
