Made a 2nd trip to R House this weekend and now wish we could change our rating to 6 stars. We were afraid maybe we had just gotten lucky the first time but NOPE! Perfection seems to be the standard around there. This time we added food to the experience and, yet again, R House did not disappoint. Now, my husband is a HUGE hot wing fan so thats typically what he tries and thats how he determines whether or not anything else will be worth trying. Based on his reaction to the wings, he may not ever try anything else ONLY BECAUSE HE LOVED THE WINGS SO MUCH! I was less than starving so I ordered the "Pick Up Sticks". These little golden pieces of heaven are lightly battered strings of onions and jalapenos and are deep fried to Southern perfection. R House is definitely "our house" and we will be back... time and time again. PS - We spent some time with the owner each time we went in. She is amazing. If youre ever in there, seek her out and shake her hand. Shes done a fine job putting this place together and shed LOVE to meet you.

R House Bar And Grill is a big place. Pool, darts, shuffleboard, games, poker and daily specials are what makes this place a little known secret among the locals on Houstons Northwest side. The long, polished wood topped bar has plenty of room and there are lots of nice tables for small to medium groups to gather round and enjoy refreshments and conversation. The food is served hot and tasty and wait staff is friendly and takes good care of the guests. Management or owners are always there and are very nice. There are 6 Olhausen pool tables and plenty of cues if you dont bring your own. I really like this place!

Nice pool tables. Wish there were real dart boards and not electronic. Music is okay. Beer selection is better than the usual pool hall; would have to be better to rate a 5. Food is pub food of reasonable quality. Beer /drink prices are slightly higher than expected. Service is spotty. One bartender on the ball ... the other not so much. Accidental over - charge on one item.

Large modern bar. They have cheap drinks, darts, a video juke box, and a large back room that is great for company gatherings or karoke. This bar has a very open layout and the bartenders are nice and welcoming to everyone. I would recommend this bar to anyone I know. The only thing they need to work on is the TV placement.

Great Staff and Great Food! The shrimp basket is a must try if you havent already. Pool tables are fast and spread out enough to where you arent bumping into the players on adjacent tables. The smoke eaters they have do a good job of keeping air clean and keeping you from smelling like smoke when you leave.

First timer at this place and thought it was great. It has something for everyone. There "s pool tables, darts, shuffle board, card tables, and karaoke. Very spacious , with two bars. Good food, good drinks and the right price. Check it out.
