Hey everyone, I have to give my honest opinion of this place. OK, I ordered from here about 6 months ago for the first time. I informed them that it was my first time and hoped for them to win me over. As I am new in the area and looking for a place that delivers. Ill give all the great points first. They were great on the phone, took my order with no problem, delivered quickly, the food was hot, the driver was courteous, and the amount of food was plentiful. BUT!!! I didnt care for the flavor of the food at all, I had ordered three different dishes and didnt care for one of them. I was going to write them off. Just the other day I decided Id like to give them one more chance after all theyve got great reviews. So putting my differences aside I gave them another shot. Again courteous order taker, quick delivery, plenty of food...but bland tasteless and disappointing. I gave them two stars because of the great employees but Im sorry Ive got to save the last three stars for quality of the food and this was a miss for me.

Service sucks! We waited for 1 HOUR for our delivery food! We even called to check with restaurant for delivery 30 mins after the order and they still keep us waiting for another 30 mins! Chinese food is not that difficult to cook, TRUST ME! While my bf tried to confirmed bill amount with the delivery man with the door slightly opened, that guy pushed the door without any permission to get house light to see the bill which is extremely rude! We didnt mind he want to get more light when standing in the dark on the hall way, but theres one technology called cellphone! He could take out his cellphone for some light, or if he ASK for more light, I believe we can manage to put some light on the bill without getting a STRANGER pushing our door inside! Ill NEVER EVER order anything from this restaurant. There are bunch of Chinese restaurant can serve similar food around this area!

We decided to try this place for the first time a couple of days ago. I was less than impressed with the entrees. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and my husband got the Sweet & Sour Chicken. The beef had a strange texture as I was chewing...it almost turned powdery. The chicken was less than flavorful. We both got the fried rice, but it was lacking flavor. It was literally just fried rice--no little carrot pieces, egg, peas, flavor...none of those things. Just rice. But regardless of the lack of excitement in the meals, I can pretty much guarantee that I got food poisoning after eating here--out for two full days afterwards. You can eat there at your own risk, but just so you know, I ate the egg drop soup and the mongolian beef. Good luck.

Soggy fried food and not so friendly. DOESNT surprise me though because before I placed my order a guy came in to tell them of their last experience which wasnt 100% and the cashier didnt budge to credit or make the experience right. Said nothing was in the system and she couldnt do anything about it. Shes a lil too sassy for me. BUT BACK TO ME. .. I ordered the fried sampler plater for two off the app menu. With the exception of the spare ribs, the fried foods were not fresh looking and the taste wasnt fresh which I didnt understand because it seemed like I waited 15mins. Fried house rice was ok. But after seeing the hassle that guy went through, I was like why bother. Should of gone to JOJOs instead for $26 worth of food.

Worst experience. Staff is rude and ignore you when you walk in. Made my order paid and waited to get it. Once I got to my car and drove off and got home and finally checked everything out the egg drop soup wasnt bad but it for sure wasnt good either and their hot and sour soup was absolutely the worst we had ever tried of that particular soup. The walnut shrimp I paid $13 for was gross and not deviened properly as well as undercooked. The only good thing we got was the crab puffs although they were not the best they had absolutly no crab even the imitation crab that Im use to seeing in that particular food. 10 out of 10 would never recomend.

These people arent even trying to keep their business open. The lady on the phone wasnt friendly, they have a $15 minimum to order delivery so this is a terrible place to order food if youre single and want to stay home. The delivery driver wasnt friendly either and took off without even counting the money I gave to him. Then there was the food. I ordered sweet & sour chicken and honestly that was so gross and tasted undercooked. Their spring rolls were disgusting. Just dont even bother with this place.

I couldnt even get the lady to take my order, by the time it took my five minutes for her to understand what the address was after repeating it was a hotel room 10+ times, She put me on an illegitimate hold where I could hear her having conversation with family on her personal phone. I cant believe I had to hang up for how long I was there waiting, I have never hung up on an delivery in my life. Absolutely horrid.

This is honestly the best place to order for chinese whether it is dine in or delivery, heres why: It is convenient, fast and out right delicious. Now, chinese food is one of my favorite foods to eat and whenever Im craving it, I automatically think China Inn Cafe. P.S. The low mein is my favorite!

Not happy! I ordered the Tso Chicken at 12:45 pm and it wasnt fresh. I feel like I got the left overs from the 11:00 am lunch rush. I dont know if I will be back or not. I am very disappointed, because I have received some if the best Tso Chicken in the past, so I dont know what happened.

If you are a bacon lover like I am, the Shanghai fried rice was made for us! I just found out that it is a dish that the manager created here. I go here all the time and never fail to order it. Give this place a try. The atmosphere and staff are friendly, you wont be disappointed!

The best around this part of town. The food quality here is definitely a notch above the competition. Quality cuts of meat, home made sauces and a thin crispy breading that keeps the crispiness even when the sauce is applied. We will be back often.

The food, the atmosphere, the service and everything in between is great. If you get a chance, stop in for the crab puff and General Tso chicken. They also have fast Delivery service. Dont confuse them with the Forest Trails location

I really was not impressed. I ordered a $9.00 lunch item and the portion was a joke. Barely any shrimp and that was the main reason I wanted the dish I chose. Definitely not worth it, wont be going back anytime soon.
