I highly recommend "La Maria Mexican Restaurant" to everyone! If your in the Cypress area and have a desire for authentic mexican food, than this is the restaurant for you. My experience there was fabulous and i loved it. When you enter, you see the bright colors that give you the sensation of being in a Mexican Catina. You automatically feel the authenticity of the Mexican culture as it is reflected throughout the restaurant. When i went there i ordered the Enchiladas Suizas, totes good, which are chicken filled tacos with green salsa and sour cream and a side of beans and rice. it was a bombass meal but i didnt finish it cause it was sucha big portion & i got full. I sat in the bar section of the place and i gotta say, they got a variety of drinks available.

The food was great. It was tasty and freshly made. It didnt taste like it came from a can.The volume of the music was just right. My daughter and I could actually converse in low key and hear each other. The waiters were very attentive and pleasant. I hadnt been there in a long time, so I was impressed with the improvements. There are several murals on the walls that I found interesting. If I am running short on time, I will make time and stop to buy Mexican candy at the entrance. The candy looked yummy.

This is the worst, I repeat the absolute worst Mexican food I have ever eaten and I have had some bad Mexican before. I have had Mexican food TV dinners that taste better than this garbage. I wouldnt feed it to my dog. How this place remains open with food this atrocious is an absolute mystery to me. If you are thinking about going here please please dont, go to taco bell instead, its cheaper.

One of the worst food ever. Food was blend, tasteless and flavorless. I didnt care for the low prices, I was looking for a quality food and this is neither Mexican nor Tex Mex. no one in our table finished their food or drinks. To be fair to the establishment- service was good but you cant just give good service and have low quality food. sorry.

This place sucked. When I order fajitas I expect the plate to be hot & sizzling hot not warm. And Ive never been to any Mexican restaurant where they bring out ur order in 8 mins. And are server wouldnt even talk to us. Stay away from this place

ALWAYS GOOD FOOD AND FAJITAS ALWAYS SIZZLING. THEY HAVE AN EXTRA SPICEY GREEN SAUCE IN BACK BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. NEVER HAVE MY FAMILY AND I RECEIVED BAD FOOD. THE FROZEN MARGARITAS ARE BETTER THAN ON THE ROCKS, MY PREFERENCE.

Service was great, but if I cross the border into Texas I expect the salsa to be fresh, not out of a can. The chips left an overly greasy aftertaste on my mouth and the fajitas were "eh." Nothing to blame on the waitstaff, but wth?

This restaurant is okay. I mean, I hate to pay 50 dollars for mexican rice and beans, and a stuffed pepper, "chile relleno" which I know how to cook at home. But it was ok, just another ordinary mexican restaurant.

Disgusting food. Queso was granular, salsa was indescribably bad and Way oversalted, cheese enchiladas were Bland and over cooked. Not sure what the green sauce was, aside from watery -grossness.
