Used to love Chipotle but this location has made me never want to go back. I always get a vegetarian burrito and at least 2 or 3 times over the past year I have found a piece of chicken fat in my burrito. Disgusting. I kept going back because I used to love Chipotle. The last time I went the rice had no flavor or seasoning, I dont know why they would serve it when it didnt even look right. If that wasnt bad enough the guacamole tasted rotten or the seasonings were way off. So disappointed because this is the closest Chipotle to where I live but theyve turned me off from wanting Chipotle at all. Also, I havent ever complained or brought it back because I always order online and pick it up. I dont have the money or time to waste on this place anymore.

This location is extremely slow, considering they are serving you precooked food. I could almost drive to the Plano location off of Campbell and get my food faster. I love Chipotle, but the evening shift employees here need to get their act together. Update 3 to 1 stars: Nothing has changed since my original review from over a year ago. The employees are slow and oblivious. The line is typically all the way to the door because of this. I have been multiple times where they have "run out" of chicken. Meaning, we were waiting for one of the employees just standing around to cut the already cooked chicken sitting right in front of us.

Our Church Benevolence department humbly feeds the homeless in Downtown Dallas both physically & spiritually on a regular basis. We recently reached out to Chipotle @ Firewheel and requested a donation for a feeding held on August 12th. They not only agreed to contribute with a variety of burritos, but they also provided sides (sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and chips). The less fortunate men and women on the receiving end were so excited and raved all night of how appreciative they were that Chipotle would care enough to send them food. Thank you Chipotle, may The Lord bless your business and employees!

By FAR the WORST chipotle ive stepped foot in. I have given it MANY tries & each time I am more disappointed. Its close to me so convenient for me to frequent this location. First time I went was during lunch hour so i forgave the fact that my bowl was somewhat cold since it was just sitting there while 4 people were paying ahead of me. But aside from having my food be cold on more than one occasion, they are sooo STINGY on portions. My chips today were stale and gross & there is usually at least one employee just standing there when the line is wrapped around the restaurant. Hopefully things get better soon!

The staff was short. I had to wait a while in line even though no one was in front of me because of unorganized staff. No one was taking leadership within the staff. Pico de Gallo was incredibly soggy that i chose to skip it even though i love pico. Lemonade was out. The dining area was a complete mess that there were hardly any clean tables. One of the worst chipotle experiences Ive ever had. Employees did not do anything to exceed expectations. Will not be back.

Worst Chipotle Experience. Half the drink options at the soda fountain were unavailable. The extra ice accumulation on the soda fountain trough was overflowing. The bathroom was very dirty. The urinal was out of service with urine backed up. The trash was full and paper towels were all over the floor. We sat outside despite all the tables being dirty with bits of dried food on the surfaces and the trash can was missing. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

This location is definitely better than the other one nearby in Mesquite where the staff and management can be rude at times. The Lavon Drive staff is friendly and service is fast, but not at the expense of courtesy. My only negative comment is that Freebirds does a better job of having a larger variety of toppings like plain tomatoes and cilantro that go well on a salad or bowl. Not everyone likes raw onion.

Busy location for sure. Not my first time in here but sure did not like the small portions of meat. Was loaded up with lettuce that seemed to make my bowl pretty stacked as if youre getting your moneys worth. Tables were dirty, out of soda and most importantly bad service. Worst experience. Waited in line for 30 minutes because they cant figure out how to fulfill online orders and a line out of the door even though they had 10 people making the food. You lost a lot of money with the people constantly walking out of the door cause they were waiting to long.

Worst Chipotle. The line is almost to the door every time you walk in which would make you think they are always busy. Then, you make it to the counter to see they only have two people working the line at best. Ive given up and gone to another location.

I love Chipotle. I never have a problem when going here. The service is always great not to mention the food too. So many choices, but tastes delicious. Been in the habit of eating here for the last couple days since its 3 minutes away from home.

Worst location Ive been to. No trays or baskets, no small lids, no sweet tea, and burritos wrapped terribly to the point they fall apart. When my wife asked to have it fixed, they said "do you just want it in a bowl then?"

We like Chipotle, but dont expect it to be cheap. Its less than some places, but not cheap as fast food. Also, you have to pay for every little thing you want, chips, guac, etc.

Ok, how could you NOT love chipotle. Food is amazing! They never give me a hard time when I ask them to pick out green peppers only since I hate onions. Just awesome!
