Every time I come through the drive through it takes 20 min to get 2 meals, once it took 20 min for a melted cone, and so I stopped waiting in the drive thru for cones, but When I go inside everyone ignores me for at least 5 min, if not 10 while I stand right @ the register. I ask why I always get blown off, I used to make sandwiches in less than 2 min each @ subway, how does it take 10 min to make a plain vanilla ice cream cone. Go to castroville for great DQ food and great, FAST service, they have never disappointed me so far

They have never messed up an order and their limeaides are actually better than Sonics. I never used to consider DQ for actual food, just ice cream, but this one has really changed my outlook on their whole restaurant.

Very slow drive thru service...cashier stood by the cash register ringing someone else up for over 5 minutes while holding our ice cream cones with her bare hands and one of the cones didnt have a wrapper on it!

No ranch or large straws. Seem like the got 3 customers orders wrong. Mine was right and good . Burger,fries,large drink and a mini blizzard for 5 bucks!!!

Over the past years, The DQ in Devine has been the worst at getting orders right and cold burgers. The DQs in other towns are better its worth the drive.
