We went around noon on a weekday and were seated immediately. We ordered quickly and got our drinks right away. And then we waited. Our waitress never came back to our table; we had to keep approaching her to ask for a refill or inquire about our order. About half an hour later, after we were out of tea and getting hungry, we inquired about how much longer it would be. "Not much longer," our waitress said, "its just that they keep taking to-go orders." Ten minutes later we still hadnt gotten our food. "Its almost ready." Five minutes after that we informed her that we would just leave. We were pretty hungry. A manager scurried over and told us not to go, that our food was ready now and shed bring it over personally. "Literally right now?" I asked. "Yes. Ill be right back!" She disappeared and didnt come back. So we left. It was the worst dining experience Ive ever had without actually eating anything.

Great overall American food! The outside didnt match the inside on first impressions. I was actually expecting it to be a little nicer. The restaurant entrance was very confusing. There were two separate doors give or take 10 to 15 feet from each other. I did not know which one was the actual entrance. We walked on the left side and was informed to be sat on the right, side not sure why? Service was great however many of the waiters were on their phone doing nothing most of the time. They do not need to be in the front out of the kitchen staring at other people while they eat. It felt a little weird to me. I feel as if there is always something someone can be doing in a restaurant business. It seemed to me as if they were over staffed on waiters. Just by looking, the waiters need to be serving more tables. Great food and not too bad on prices.

I wish I could review the food at Sidewalk Bistro, but we never received it. After being seated by the staff, my family waited 10 minutes for someone to come over and offer us a drink, but no one came. My husband was able to flag someone over and they finally brought some menus over, but still did not take our drink order. About 5 minutes later they took our drink and food order. While we were waiting for our food, a large group came in, and their order was taken immediately, and they were served their food about 10 minutes later. We finally decided to leave after about 50 minutes without even being served our salad. Id like to add that they never came over and explained what was going on, and that would have made a huge difference to us. We walked out the door and drove across the street where we were served immediately.

This place was mediocre at best. I honestly could have made better tasting food at home. Nothing was seasoned. The country fried potatoes were chopped potatoes deep fried and plated with no seasonings (including salt or pepper). My husband and son enjoyed their pancakes but my French toast was bland. The service was nonexistent to slow. Yes it was a busy Saturday morning, but our table was forgotten for at least 20 minutes before another server realized this and we could finally place an order. While other tables seated after us had already placed orders and therefore received their food first. By the time our food arrived wed been seated for 50 minutes. This place was a huge disappointment and waste of time money for us. We will not be returning.

I arrived and wasnt greeted at the door. Several waitresses passed me up. Finally one stopped and I made my to go order - a cheeseburger and fries. I sat with my drink and waited for half an hour, until the waitress comes out to tell me the cook said 5 more minutes. I only had a 30 minute lunch break, at this point Im already late for work and dont have time to eat. A few minutes the returns and tells the couple next to me that the card system is down and requested cash. They at the same time and didnt have their food either. So I left, Kate for work, hungry, and dissatisfied.

Do NOT use this place for catering away from their restaurant. Love their food, but they totally dropped the ball on a catering order and did not give us what we paid for. Then, _they will not contact me back__. They charged us for breakfast tacos with meat in them...... we got only egg and cheese. They were also 45 min late with only HALF of our order. The other half arrived after our breakfast was over, 30 minutes later. Our Awards Breakfast did not have enough food because of this. They took our whole payment . SO BEWARE ! NOT DEPENDABLE! Not trustable!

Great BYOB stop for a bite! Absolutely charming, wonderful little neighborhood restaurant. Boasts a lovely outdoor patio with tables and chairs, located conveniently on the corner of a new, busy community development right outside of Denton/Corinth (it kind of situated in the middle). Easy to get to off of IH-35E despite construction. When we went, we had a wonderful experience with the courteous, attentive waitress who served our large group (8 people). The menu was varied, everyone in our group loved their meals, great portion sizes for the price. Will be coming back!

After our disappointing experience with Los Torres, my husband and I walked next door to this restaurant. 1st time visit here as well. Totally different experience from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, bathrooms, tables, floors were clean, and the sevice was immediate. The food was wonderful and we will definitely return and share our experience with our friends as well. Thank you Techy for making our Anniversary a wonderful experience at your restaurant.

Went here after church Sunday. Place was near full already and we had arrived soon after church. I had breakfast (served all day). Mom had fried catfish. One of her favorite meals. Food and service were fine. Because they were very busy it was noisy and a bit warm inside, could have been cooler to have a better comfort level for customers. Maybe this can be addressed by management and be corrected. The menu was quiet huge and with varied options. Im sure we will return to try more food choices.

We come here every Saturday and Sunday morning for breakfast. The food is excellent and just like you would cook at home. The wait staff is phenomenal, very sweet and will keep your drink/coffee full. (very important). The owner is as cute as a button and makes a point of stopping by your table and saying hello. They also have a few outside tables if you want to bring your pooch. This place is the most warm and friendly breakfast spot Ive ever been to. Love it!

This is my favorite go - to for a variety of delicious food. Ive been going to Sidewalk Bistro since its opening. They have a wide selection and it is all fresh and well - delivered. The service has always been spot on. Once, I had a slow server, but after mentioning to one of the owners, we were absolutely catered to and taken care of. If locally owned, fresh and variety is what youre looking for... Bonus, you can bring your own wine or craft beer. Enjoy!
