At first we came in and a lady greeted us. We said 4 and she told us to have a seat. Some guy with dreads came and he asked us " were you guys waiting for a table?". At that point I realized they were completely clueless that we were there waiting for a table. Thats ok we sat down and got our drinks. This is when it all started. Our waitress took our order, got our drinks, and didnt get us straws or silverware by the way. We were still excited to get our food though and we were determined to wait and try our first yolk meal. We waited, waited and I mean we waiteeeeeed a good 25-30min. We were so happy the food finally came, she reached to serve my brother(in front of me) his food but then she accidentally knocked the orange juice over my cousin(next to my brother) and the over table. Immidietly we took action to clean everything and she ran to find some paper towels to clean the mess up. Nothing was working because she was using napkins to dry the table. Not until she got a hold of rag with sanitizer and it absorbed everything. Then at that moment when she tried to leave with the rag, some of the liquid on it fell into my cousins plate who was in front of Me. He didnt see because he was too distracted cleaning himself up, but my cousin next to me and me witnessed it. Omg the amount crap we took from her was ridiculous, but that wasnt all. We decided to stay quiet until she left to inform my cousin, and since he is such a jokster he just added some pepper to cancel out the orange-sanitizer flavor. We got our food and everything but she forgot to put in my omelette I wanted. She told me they were making it that instant and it would take 5min. From the looks of it and how Nervous and anxious she looked, it seemed like she forgot to put it in and had to bring another sever to help her explain the situation. Thats fine I said, and I asked for silver ware which me and my brother hadnt gotten at that point still. We waited a good 5 minutes looking at the delicious food. We finally received the silverware after a good 5-10 minutes. After the I finished my waffles I received my omelette and all was good. Until I cut the middle of it and saw how the egg itself was still liquidity and wasnt fully cooked. Ugh, I had to force myself to eat because I didnt want to be wasteful. Nonetheless, we got through it and left full. The service was horrible, but the food was amazing. Will be coming back again for the food.

I visited your establishment on June 24th I sent an email to corporate I still have not received a phone call or return email as of July 5th! To the lady that received the coffee cup with lipstick on it, I can see how that happened because I witnessed personally that they recycle the dishes without washing all of them. I witnessed as I sat at the bar the water bottles that are taken from the tables be refilled without being emptied or washed...if it was half full which all the ones that I saw including the one that was taken from me.....they just filled it back up! I also witnessed an employee take a glass of ice from the person that was sitting next to me and toss the ice back into the ice Ben that you use......now this is where it gets interesting when I complained to the waitress and the manager they looked at me as if no one knew what I was talking about. And Im saying and pointing, look they are doing it now! Then the new customer that was sitting next to me says," o, they do that all the time it helps to build your immune system!" So, I paid for what I ordered and got out of there and I will never ever return again.....not even for free.

From all appearances youd think this would be a great place for brunch. As other reviewers mentioned there was definitely a long line of people. Someone in my group had a reservation and we still had to wait 30 minutes for a group of 7 because apparently they only had one table for us. After that it took forever to get our food and the temperature inside was probably in the high 70s, not very pleasant when combined with the weekends humidity. Concerning the food, it was ok. More than I think it should have been worth though. IHOP certainly has better pancakes for cheaper. Find another place for brunch.

The service was great, which is the main reason I gave this place 4 stars. My husband really liked his sausage and over-medium eggs. Additionally, my daughter enjoyed her burger. However our pancakes were cold. My eggs were scrambled too well and my grits lacked flavor. The staff was very responsive and gave us new pancakes, as well as replaced my eggs and grits. I still didnt enjoy the food -- the eggs were still cooked too hard and the pancakes just ok. Perhaps I had lost my appetite. Either way, it didnt feel like a place that specializes in breakfast.

Off the chain! Very great breakfast place to eat. The best I have been too! My husband & I went here & he had the pancakes with the powered sugar(which he said were better than I-Hops, now thats pretty impressive). I had their chicken & waffles & let me tell you the pieces of bacon in the waffle, tender, juicy, & flavorful chicken, plus the gravy was marvelous! Everything was great from the service, food, & the decor. We will definitely be back again!

Overall:1 star to start off, location is really nice in the downtown area (+1 star). Really good breakfast good food (+1 star) and the fact that it is BYOB is of course another +1. Lastly the service was great by our waiter and the food was timely and her recommendations that were off the menu were good. To nitpick the plate I got said it was pulled pork but it didnt seem like that was the case but it was very delicious I cant really complain.

I had to order two breakfast dishes because the menu was so good!! Both plates were absolutely phenomenal. Half a pineapple with granola, yogurt, strawberries (which I swapped out for bananas), a honey drizzle and walnuts (which I took off). So good yummy and awesome presentation. Second dish was granola blueberry whole wheat pancakes with bananas on top and honey drizzle. Blueberries were so fresh- purple in color.

My first experience wasnt good food wise so my wife and I gave it another try today. The food is way over priced and wasnt good. Its displayed beautifully on the plate but the food isnt good. My potatoes were not fully cooked so I basically paid $11 for a egg wrap. We will not be back. Have to give credit where its due, the service is always great but the food is sub par. Sad when Dennys is better.

This is my favorite breakfast place in Dallas. It is lighter on the scene than most brunch places here, but sometimes thats a nice respite. Definitely a good place to eat if youre hungover. The food is amazing (all breakfast) and voluminous for a reasonable price. Also its BYOB and they have great juices, so you can make your own mimosas for cheaper, the way you like, and with better juice.
