I really wanted to enjoy it and the ambiance when I walked in had me excited. Firecrust was my go to fit quick Neapolitan pizza and recently closed, needed a replacement. Menu looked good, prices were higher than similar places by a bit but oh well. Ordered and sat down. Wondered why we werent given drinks and sat for a couple of minutes before realizing we had a waiter. Few minutes later, about 5 overall, she finally brings our drinks. Then the wait began. Neapolitan pizza usually takes no time to cook. We waited probably 20 min which is a bit longer than expected. Waitress dropped off pizza and thats the last we ever saw of her. Pizza wasnt Neapolitan. Didnt have fresh mozzarella, wasnt thin enough. First couple of bites me and my gf gave it a 5 out of 10 but as we continued and the cool look wore off, we missed firecrust and really werent enjoying there pizza. It was just meh. We each had one small paper napkin that was wrapped around our silverware. Would have asked for more if the waitress ever came around. My drink sat empty from time pizza was dropped until I got up and left leaving no tip. At one point, she bussed a table near us for what seemed like forever ( just wiping it down over and over in no rush) without even glancing at us. This place should let you get your own napkins and drinks so you dont have to rely on someone who isnt paying attention. Just a waste of $30 really. Wished we had gone to torchys as originally planned.

Decided to check out this place since I heard great things about their food, but alas, my experience was overshadowed by the poor customer service. Be aware of the cashier at this location (the same one whos there most of the time, from what I now hear from colleagues). I went to get lunch as my first time there, and didnt know how the ordering worked. I asked for a mini pizza and a side salad. He gave me recommendations based on what I was looking for, which I took. As he swiped my card, he told me it was going to be over $20! Mind you, I was ordering just for me. I didnt make much of it at the moment thinking it might be a $$$ pizza joint, and was excited to try their food. I then get a salad and pizza large enough for 3 people! While the food was great, I felt cheated and betrayed by the customer service. The cashier was obviously not interested in making recommendations to the customers interest and only seems to care about deceitfully up-charging customers. If you go, be ready to deal with the cashier. Sad to see the back-end of the restaurant suffer from the service on the front-end.

This place surprised me! Ive been going to the Bahn shop next door but decided to try SPIN out. It is delicious! The personal size pizzas are the perfect amount and you can customize them with unique ingredients like goat cheese and whole roasted garlic. They even toss their own salad - none of the sitting buffet lettuce. This is not your average meat, cheese, sauce type pizza. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have some craft beer on tap. Atmosphere is comfy, not too loud, and available outside seating. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I walked in about 5:00pm I sat down at the bar, a young lady brought me a menu and thats about the extent of my visit. I waited there watching the staff go about their business. I never ordered not even a drink. I had time to review the menu in great detail and it all looked really good. Im sure the pizzas really delicious but I wont be back.

Wait was a little long for the restaurant only have 10 customers seated. Food was good. Took 2 stars off my review for the wait time to place an order and the bald gentleman for not wearing gloves when making customers salad order. Recommendation to management is to have all employees that prepare food wear gloves. That is the right to do.

Arrived late in the evening (our norm). Pizza was burnt - both of them. I "get" Neapolitan pizza, but this was burnt. Burnt. Not good. Also a clunky experience - you pay but then take your check with you to add tip/sign. Soooo... what if i want more wine or dessert or pizza? I was hopeful (!), but disappointed.

Very great experience, loved the atmosphere. Local brews on tap. Greek salad was on point, but the Cesar dressing on the Cesar salad was the best Ive had. Mozzarella was fresh as well as all the toppings on the pizzas.

I debated between a 3 and a 4 for this place. The pizza is pretty good. The only negative was ordering. It took a bit of time even though the place was empty. All in all though Ill be going back.

Pizza crust was nice and crispy. They were short staffed so we didnt get any water refills, but we didnt ask either. Id come back with some friends. Manager was very friendly.

Good atmosphere is a great location. The pizza was tasty and the prices were awesome. This isnt the best pizza place in Dallas but is worth giving a try, especially for lunch

Really good food, and really excellent service. My sole complaint is that the food is too pricy. Pizza, sodas, and dessert for two cost us about $50.
