Horrific experience. My boyfriend and i decided we were going to surprise our families and get married. We decided to pick a date depending on availability. As soon as the event coordinator confirmed they could accommodate 20 people easily (bc they only had one room and three dinner reservations booked for Saturday just 4 days way) we booked 8 last minute expensive flights. I called my mom and sis and broke the news and they jumped in the car and started driving from Memphis. Well the event coordinator then told me it was not worth his business for 19 people. I told him I would pay for 20. he denied my business and now we have family coming in and no reception venue. Not to mention he told me no one could say a speech or talk about a wedding at the dinner... very crazy and disappointing experience

I almost never write reviews, but I must express how pleased I was with my recent stay in suite number five. There are some luxury hotels that offer a kind of luxury that feels - Im not sure how to put this - cold, lifeless, and somehow mass produced. This is not one of them. St Germain offers a kind of luxury that has unique character, that is exquisit, historic, and extreemely comfortable. Even if I dont return to this hotel, I will never forget it.

I love this hotel. The historic atmosphere is one of a kind in a part of Dallas that can be monotonous in its repetition of uptown look a likes. The staff is also stellar. I highly recommend this place for anything from private events to events open to the public.

Thoroughly enjoyed the classic style of paper form greeting-- attention to detail. Formal dining. Romantic. French style dishes. Delicious and satisfactory.

They were very nice staff and the room was good, even had a huge tub :) matteress wasnt very comfortable and it was loud outside all night though.

An absolutely beautiful venue and boutique hotel. I took my mom here for Mothers Day brunch, and the food and service were both exquisite.
