I was at The Shops at Park Lane location last week at lunch from 11:30a to about 12:20p. Normally, I have a great experience there, and since my office is located in the same shopping center, I go there several times during the week. Today, I decided to try the Pig and Peppers sliders. I was with my colleague and her order (chicken nachos), came out 10 minutes before mine did. That was a little irritating as we ordered at the same time. When my order arrived, I bit into the sliders and it only had the jalapeno mixed in. To make sure, I pulled the patty apart of the one I was eating, there wasnt any cilantro or any bacon mixed in with the meat. I pulled the patty apart of the second one same thing. I kindly called the waitress over and had her check and she took the meal back. The manager then came to the table and his first words were "So I hear you do not like our sliders", no greeting, no introduction, just that sentence. I explained to him that I did not state I did not like the sliders, I simply pointed out that the patty was missing the cilantro and bacon that the menu described. He then became argumentative and said "well, I looked at the patties we just prep and its definitely in there, so maybe yours cooked out". Im sorry, but the patty was dry, and cilantro doesnt cook out, its green you can see it, and the bacon flavor would of came across or at least some moisture. He never apologized, but said "you can order something else". I told him I wanted what I ordered, but never sad that I did not like it, so he said he would bring out additional sliders. Fifteen minutes later, they came out, but by then I had to leave as I spent my entire lunch watching my coworker eat, while I did not have any food. The cherry on the cake, was the bill that the waitress gladly had me pay. Never an apology, only a defensive manager who basically told me, my opinion as a Paying CUSTOMER was incorrect. Sadly, I will never do business with your company again, and have told my company to not order from here when we cater and need big orders. Im actually appalled and offended by the lack of customer service that his manager has, as he represents your brand.

Came back yesterday evening to take advantage of Tuesday $5 burgers, except bourbon burger which is only $ 6.50. From 4-7pm , was also half price appetizers and drafts, so that was a double bonus! Ordered spinach artichoke, and calamari. Also ordered Fried Louie burger. Like I said in previous review, the burgers are pretty good, just messy to eat. The apps on the other hand are just not good. The chips with the spinach artichoke dip tasted stale, and the dip flavor was passable. The calamari was salty and had a mushy consistency. So, Im dropping my rating one star. I recommend coming here for the beer and burgers. The apps are no better than other chain restaurants. Still, Ill come back for happy hour, and take advantage of Tuesday burger prices. FYI - the wait staff seem to have their acts together as they were very attentive and friendly that night.

Small, quaint bar right in the heart of the Downtown area. Be sure to ask the bar staff about the history of the building as there are a lot of interesting feature for any architecture lovers. This bar features true sexologists and they have a cocktail menu that changes every few months so patrons dont get tired of the same old drinks. The bar staff was very friendly and takes the time to stop and talk to the customers as well as explaining what they are doing as they work their magic on all drink requests. I had stopped by on a week night so it was relatively calm but I imagine that it is packed on the weekends. Definitely a place to check out if you are downtown or looking to get away from the midtown scene.

I live and work in the area so this is a usual stop for business and/or drinks after work. Ive been here numerous of times but lately the service is absolutely nonexistent. I feel terrible for the manager who is running around trying to pick up the slack. Three wait staff at this location equals one below average waiter anywhere else. Why have a bar outside with no one working it? Id much rather go to Bowl and Barrel around the corner where the barkeep, Jose, knows exactly what we like to drink and eat and we are greeted by staff as soon as we sit down unlike and Bar Louies.

My sister and I are here now and once we sat down, no one acknowledged is for a while but several waiters and waitresses walked by. Once we were acknowledged, we ordered and got our food we were given no napkins or silverware (we had wings and sliders) which booth were needed. Ive been here several times and this is the second time we had bad customer service or no customer service at all for that matter which is very disappointing because I use to look forward to coming here. FYI, still no napkins.

I was charged an additional amount on my card that was not authorized. Upon investigation, I discovered that our server had combined another tables check with my card. When I confronted the employee and his manager, I received conflicting stories as to how my card was charged the erroneous amount. I immediately asked for this to be corrected, and the manager stated they would refund the difference. When I contacted my bank, they stated that there was no pending credit. Smh

I have had similar experiences. Nice space but the staff has guest service as a low priority. Had to wait forever to get a 2nd glass of wine. If there is a manager on staff his or her presence is unseen. Good luck with service if you are sitting at the bar. I want to give this place my business but they seem bent on making that a challenge. Been here more than once.

Decent food, but youre going to have to wait for it. Ive been here 10+ times(because my SOs work team likes to happy hour here) and the service is always horrible. Order a few beers at a time if you come here, otherwise youll be waiting. I dont know why her team still chooses to come here.

If you dont mind waiting more than 5 minutes to be recognized by anyone working there, this is the place for you (around 7:30pm). Im not in the food and bev industry but if customer retention is your goal, this is a great way to ensure I never return or suggest to meet people here.

Sad service to start with or no service at all . I donot wish to give even a single star.they donot serve people with different ethnicity. We went there on a non busy day and no one came to serve for like 10/ 15 minutes. People with different ethnicity plz dont go here!

Ive been there once and thought the food, drinks, and service were all great. Sat at the bar. Their "martinis" are excellent and carefully crafted; I was impressed with the care with which they were made. Great happy hour also. Ill be back. (No, I do not work there.)

Good food and great patio. Definitely above average bar food. Great drinks selection. Service could be better. If you park behind the complex towards Greenville, closest and easiest parking. Lots of shopping and eating place. Unsure if pet friendly.
